The House and outside area are exactly like the pictures. House was very clean actually immaculate upon arrival. The House has just about anything you could need, kitchen wise, pool towels, pool floats. Literally bring yourself & groceries to enjoy your own private quiet paradise. It’s located on a very quiet residential street a few walkable blocks from sombrero beach. Perfect location and Accommodations for a great family or couple(s) vacation

The House and grounds are immaculate, with a 70 foot dock with full power! The outside kitchen is a huge plus and the ice maker is a must for a full day of fishing or just a run to the sandbar!We will be back!Patrick was local and available if we needed anything. Thanks for making our mounth run smoothly !!

This house is a Gem. Very clean and all the amenities worked flawlessly..The backyard is an oasis. The property is meticulously care for.. we have stayed at numerous vacation homes across the country and I can truly say this one is a cut above. With eight adults, we never felt crowded.This venue is well situated near all that the Keys has to offer. While I tend to be hard to please, this house checked all the boxes. We will stay again in the future.

What a fantastic home! Our family and friends enjoyed the comfort of the house, entertaining outdoor games, pool, and boat dockage for 10 days. I would love to come back to this property and highly recommend if you are looking for a home with 4 comfortable bedrooms.

Stayed with my family for a little over a week. We very much enjoyed our stay. Pros The grounds are amazing and meticulously maintained Excellent pier and boat accessPool and spa are heated with an additional chargeLocation is private Large commercial ice machine Large screen porchPlenty of parking and circular driveway Great Tiki hut large and inviting The pool was perfect and the spa was very private and largeThe property was mostly clean, I’m OCD and cleaned a few spots but one of the cleaner homes we’ve stayed at.ConsDo not use the sink in the bar on the first floor, drains into a trash canThe storage areas under the bar are not finished We had to ask for the spa and pool heat to be turned up multiple times because of off site temperature control however they did respond and turned up as requested. The lid for the bar ice maker does not have a tight fit causing the maker to run much more than needed very loud but a great addition and must have.The TV under in the Tiki does not work but didn’t really care. Main bedrooms are on the top floor 2 sets of stairs.Don’t let my cons keep you from this amazing property, I build homes for a living and am very particular. These folks put a lot of work into maintaining this property and it shows beautiful home and plan on returning soon!
