Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, this bright, open-concept space features a modern kitchen, cozy living area with fireplace, and a private outdoor space. 🏠 The Home
This newly remodeled 672 sq ft home comfortably sleeps up to four guests and was designed specifically with travelers in mind. High ceilings and an open layout make the space feel bright and spacious despite its compact footprint.
The fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and bar seating for four, making meals at home easy and enjoyable. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, where you'll find a cozy couch, large Smart TV, and an electric fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Both bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds with inviting linens, providing a restful place to unwind. The bathroom is modern and stylish, complete with a walk-in shower and updated finishes. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the home for added convenience during longer stays.
The home does not have central air conditioning, which is common in Colorado Springs. Thanks to the mild climate, this is rarely an issue, and portable AC units are installed during warmer summer months for added comfort.

- The unit is accessed through an alley with limited parking. There is enough parking for one large vehicle and one small car.
- The yard is mostly fenced-in or blocked by a retaining wall besides the three stairs down from the parking area to the front door.
- We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels!
- Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
- Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail. - Parking available for up to 2 vehicles via the rear alley

Spacious Comfortable Home

We were in town for a competition at the Olympic Training Center which ended up being pretty much right across the street. This home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

A little difficult to find but we did it! Very daling and clean. I would say that this is a perfect spot for younger people. Not great for seniors. Kitchen nice bedrooms nice bathroom fine. If you are more senior its difficult because there are no grab bars in the shower. Had to by a shower mat cause it was too slippery. My dad had a harer time just because he is super active but needed more stability in the bathroom. They were helpful with a few things. Response was promt. Stayed 5 nights helping my brother move.

Cozy, relaxing home

This is a fabulous place to stay. So convenient to many places. For us it was great because we had a family member in the hospital right across the street. The house has a very relaxed feel to it. I spent lots of time lounging on the couch, reading and listening to music.

Only a few businesses nearby. Most of Old Colorado City action is a 5 minute drive west on Colorado Ave. There were cars coming and going at all hours from the neighborhood which made more noise than we anticipated. The kitchen needs a revamp of new pots and pans, some common utensils. This property is managed by a property management company who responded promptly, thank you. I brought these concerns to their attention and they stated that they’d look into them. The thoughtful touches of a place personally managed was missed such as a welcome basket of snacks/ pasta dinner. I have had this experience at all of my other VRBO’s in CO Springs and Denver. There were bugs and cobwebs missed by the cleaning crew. The floor is very uneven as others have mentioned. This is an older home with cosmetic rehab. On

A nice place to relax and very convenient

The host was communicative before and during our stay, making sure that everything was working and available to answer any questions. Although not at all his fault, one in the party is physically handicapped and had challenges in managing the sofa, dining chairs, and low toilet We are not complaining but just suggest that this information be added to the listing description.
