Bring up the telescope and stargaze, catch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Enjoy a sunrise yoga session or sunset libations. The possibilities are endless. Our Sunrise Balcony, just outside the main living room, welcomes you to sip your morning coffee and spot dolphins in the surf or dine al fresco in the cool ocean breeze. Laze in plush chaise loungers at ocean level on the Ocean Terrace, where you are just steps to the ocean. The Sunset Pool Deck and Veranda welcomes you to bathe in the sun, have a cocktail or two, and melt away into vacation bliss. Complete with a barbecue grill, private pool and spa, you may never want to leave.

Each of our thoughtfully designed bedrooms offers cable TV, premium linens, portable fans, room darkening shades and ample closet space. We also offer a portable pack n play travel crib as well as a folding standard crib.

We offer an array of beach gear and pool toys for guest to enjoy. We also recommend Drifters for beach gear rental.

We offer pool heat, for a fee, from November - May, for those who still want to escape to Florida and enjoy a dip. The pool can be heated to 82 degrees as long as the daytime temps are above 60 degrees.

Getting Around:

Most points of interest are easily accessible by car. Nearby highlights include Matanzas Inlet, Marineland, Downtown St. Augustine, Palm Coast and World Golf Village. If you choose to drive onto the beach, please only do so if you have all-wheel drive!

BEACH ACCESS: Our home is oceanfront, but direct access currently requires climbing over large, rugged rocks in front of the house, or smaller rocks at the south end of the street. Many locals and guests do this at low tide, but please use caution and proceed at your own risk.



For an easier option, head just 1 mile north to Matanzas Inlet, a quick 2-minute drive. There, you’ll find a more accessible beach entry—and if you have a 4WD vehicle, you can drive directly onto the sand via the Fort Matanzas Beach Ramp.



Looking for variety? There are 5 unique beaches within 5 miles, each offering a different experience to explore!

This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are to be observed from 9pm - 7am.

No street parking allowed.



MINIMUM AGE:

You must be 25 years old to rent. We reserve the right to request additional information and documentation to verify rental eligibility.



FIREPLACE: The fireplace is for decorative use only.



LOST & FOUND: We are happy to return lost items for a fee. We cannot make guarantees regarding items left behind.



📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
