Beach Escape | Oceanfront Beach House with Pool, Mini Golf, Beach Access + Pickl

Named for its stunning coastal landscape, Beach Escape is a luxurious three-story beach house offering contemporary accommodations with breathtaking ocean views. Just steps from the sandy shores of St. Augustine, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom retreat comfortably hosts up to 13 guests. Highlights include a private heated pool, mini golf putting green, Pickleball court, two expansive balconies, and unfettered access to the Atlantic coast.

Wake each morning to seabirds gliding overhead and fall asleep to the sound of waves. Spend the day boogie boarding, surfing, or splashing in the ocean, then unwind in the in-ground pool, which can be heated or cooled. Lounge poolside, dine al fresco, or sip cocktails on the balconies that span the width of the home. Designed for outdoor enjoyment, Beach Escape also includes a Weber gas grill, patio dining, and an outdoor shower for sandy feet.

Inside, coastal luxury spans three levels. The lower level features a living room with a dry bar, oversized sectional, and 86” Smart TV, plus a foosball and ping-pong area. A queen bedroom opens directly to the pool, with a full bathroom nearby.

The main level boasts a bright open floor plan with three balcony doors and a large sectional facing a 65” Smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a waterfall island, and a custom-made 13-foot dining table for memorable meals. A king ensuite bedroom and sea-inspired bathroom with walk-in shower are also on this floor.

Upstairs are four additional ensuite bedrooms. Three feature ocean views and balcony access. The elegant primary bedroom includes a king bed, 70” Smart TV, seating area, and spa-like bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and clawfoot tub. Two more bedrooms offer queen beds, and the fourth is perfect for kids with a twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle.

Each bedroom (except the bunk room) includes a ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. Fresh towels and a full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Great property. Exactly as advertised. Easy check in process and plenty of space for the whole family. Kitchen seemed better stocked than expected with some spices available and plenty of equipment, dishes, cookware, etc. The walk to the beach is short and pleasant and we found the beach itself very enjoyable. Would stay here again.

This is the perfect property for a rather large family. We all had our own bedroom and bath and plenty of room for the whole gang. The rec room downstairs was perfect for the kids to hang out. The beach location was very beautiful and access to it was acceptable. We loved the huge live edge dining table where there was plenty of room for everyone. We would return to this property.

Fantastic vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful beach house! We had a multigenerational family with many kids and it was perfect. Short walk to the boardwalk to the beach, great location. Very clean and lots of space. Property manager very responsive and accommodating. Many comments said how there weren't beach chairs, toys, etc.... however take a peek in the lower closet and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, beach blanket that we were able to use! There were even baby gates in the one closet that we could use for the steps since we had several babies under age 2. One recommendation would be a few extra bath towels for each room. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Augustine!

Beautiful beach house

We had an excellent vacation in this beach house! The view, the pool, the location was perfect for us. Just 2 houses from a beach access. Every bedroom had a bathroom, which was so convenient for a big family. The main level was big and open with a big table for all of us to eat at. Definitely need to bring extra amenities like beach towels, soap, etc. but that didn't take away from how amazing this property is. I would highly recommend this beach house!

Underwhelmed

While the home was OK, it lacked A LOT of essentials. No beach chairs in a beach front home was very disappointing. In each bedroom there was only 5 hangers and no door on the closet, NO furniture to put clothing in. No shelves AT ALL in any other the showers for shampoo/soap, etc. Those items had to be placed on the floor of the shower. The kitchen lacked towels, pots/pans, serving platers, etc. There wasn't even salt or pepper. Very minimal & disappointing for such a large home. I wish that the description of the home listed, "extremely basic" because this home is extremely expensive and I would have chosen another location.

Festive vacation

We enjoyed this oceanfront property with easy access to the beach and a surprising display of fireworks visible from our deck on the 4th of July! Our party of 12 including 3 generations of family took advantage of the huge dining table to eat together and engage in meaningful conversations. Even with minor limitations (no dressers or tables in the bedrooms to unpack our suitcases for the week), we would still recommend the property.

Beach Escape

We had a wonderful time and the house was exactly how it was described. It is very short walk to the beach, but remember the homeowner doesn't provide any beach chairs a cooler or beach towels for your stay. Which is very clear in the description but doesn't change the fact that you must go buy those items and then what to do with them at the end of the week. There are no dish towels in the kitchen which we found odd. We did need to call and have them come clean the pool and fill the propane bottle. Both of which were done same day we called. All in all a great place. Thanks,

Spacious House with Beautiful Beach

We stayed at this property with a multi-generational family. The house is very spacious and provides everyone with their own private space, along with large communal areas to enjoy family time. Plenty of seating outside on the decks to view the beach or hang out by the pool.The beach boardwalk is two houses down from the property and we enjoyed the beach every day of our stay. The area is very quiet, and friendly and the beach was beautiful every day. You can easily get to historic St. Augustine to visit the historical sites within about 15/20 minutes. Make sure you read the check-in instructions, bring extra soap, toilet paper and beach towels. We drove, so this was not a problem for us. But you will be making a trip to the store on day one if you aren't prepared. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices.

Girls Trip

Very nice home and gorgeous views. We take trips every 5 years as a group. This was our most expensive home that we have stayed at and was a bit disappointing at first. Propane tanks were empty for the grill, no kitchen towels, pool heat had not been turned on (as requested ahead of time) and back yard was full of weeds. After phone calls propane tanks and kitchen towels were delivered and heat was turned on (the next day) but it changed our plans for fist day there while we waited for these issues to be taken care of. Person showed up to spray round up in the backyard when we were having a pool day, needless to say we asked them to deal with this after we left. Felt this should have been taken care of prior to us coming and weeding should have been done. There are no beach towels at this property and limited bath and kitchen towels so take that into consideration. The views are beautiful and it is a lovely home.

Xmas in Saint Augustine

If you are staying more than one day you will need to purchase more towels for the kitchen and bath as well as all soaps etc. Bring your own beach towels as well. I did not find that out until I got a portal log in. It was an expensive trip to Walmart to facilitate daily living for 10 people for 5 days. The lower doors do not have child proof locks on them to secure the pool. Otherwise, we had a fabulous time, and the view was spectacular!

Beach Escape

We had a great stay at this property. The house is set up nicely for a family vacation and has beautiful ocean views from most rooms. Having the pool was a great amenity. Upon arrival the front door keyless entry did not work but we were able to enter through the back door keyless entry. . We would definitely stay here again.
