We had a fantastic stay here with our dog. Great location that allows you to appreciate all that Sea Pines offers. Quiet nature, close to bike trails that allow you to appreciate the beauty of HHI, close car rides to where you need to drive to, very comfortable bed, and a great home to relax in while you enjoy your time on HHI. We will be back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here with our pup! The home was in a great location, beautiful deck overlooking some water, and the included bikes were great to have. The house was well stocked overall, but I would suggest bringing your own seasoning if you plan on cooking, as that was lacking (i.e there was no salt). Didn’t affect our stay, just a FYI :) would definitely stay here again next time we’re at HHI!

Sea Pines Coastal Villa

We loved the villa and time spent in Hilton Head. Location was perfect near the bike trails and easy access to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience and great location! The stables are very close and there's a great path behind the lagoon that is so peaceful. Also, we had some cool alligator sightings in the lagoon!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It is very clean and seems like it has been refreshed recently. Great location in Sea Pines, close to everything. It has a very pretty view from the back porch. We cooked in three nights and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Lovely stay

Our family and I enjoyed staying here and the property had all things we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved seeing the wildlife in the lagoon off of the deck. The bikes provided made for a fun family outing everyday. It was convenient to many things. Would definitely recommend staying here to families!

Great Place

We would definitely stay here again. The place was really nice and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the water. Kichen was equipped with anything you may need. Light and airy unit and pet friendly. We loved it.

Paradise Waterfront Gem

We love this property for so many reasons! It’s on the lake in the forest preserve of Sea Pines and a short bike ride to the beach. The pool is beautiful and pickleball and tennis courts are right on the premises. The bikes provided and gym membership were a bonus!The house is so fresh and beautifully done and well stocked. The deck is magnificent overlooking the lake with amazing wildlife and beautiful live oaks and sea pines. Sea Pines has so much to offer - the beach club, Harbortown, miles of paths and beach to ride and walk on, golf, horseback riding and so many great restaurants! You can even ride your bike to several craft breweries! We were impressed with smart/ Roku TVs in every room. The ride down the canal to the beach is amazing and the trails in the forests and other lakes offer fishing, alligator tours and great hiking. Kids love the nature and bike paths !We will definitely be back.

Beware….Stay Away!!!!!Within a few hours of our arrival half of the condo lost power (living room, kitchen, foyer, internet). The breaker had kicked. We would call, text and email. The property management sent an electrician that did not fix the problem. By day 5 the electrician was there until almost 8pm and could not figure out how to fix the issue. That’s when we knew it was never getting fixed and we had been strung along. We packed and left.It totally put a dark cloud over our trip. To make it worse the property managers lack of and then poor communication really took it to the stratosphere. It seemed to me if she was questioning if there were really an issue as they had never seen it before. (The breaker was circled in the panel). Then was condescending and lacked all empathy. After much back and forth we accepted a small partial refund simply to never have to deal with them or this experience again.

This review is inaccurate and very disappointing. We offered to move these folks to another like property, which they declined, and we then refunded 3 nights of their stay and all fees for the visit. There were several days w/o any issue. In the end, the problem was in fact a broken ground line under the house causing intermittent tripping of the breaker. It was an unfortunate situation, which we certainly appreciated. Rest assured to any future guests, the problem has been completely resolved.
