Master bed was horrible - mattress crunched like cardboard. Floors need replacing. Rusty cookware. Outdated pantry items. First rental that did not have bottled water - AZ water is bad. The patio roof leaked. Pool and hot tub great. Never would have stayed if reviews had been honest.

There was only two problems that I had when I came in the washing machine was leaking all over the floor. They came in the next day, cleaned it all up. It was amazing and the only other thing I had go wrong was we never got the Internet. Other not apartment was great. Economies were great. The pool was amazing.

Outdated unclean place in need of repair

It didn't take long to realize this place is not as it is portrayed online. I don't think it had been cleaned in months. The place is in a serious need of upgrading. The furniture and decor is from the 70's and the floors were buckling and uneven. The first red flag was seeing cheap car air fresheners hanging over the bar in the kitchen. The dishwasher had large chunks of old food at the bottom, the fridge had stuff that had spilled on the shelves and not cleaned up, the towels looked like what you would use as your rag towels. They were stained. The bathroom rug was filthy and stained. The tub and shower were stained and looked like they had not had a proper cleaning in months. The bathroom vents were noisy and dirty. Dust everywhere and my daughter was highly allergic to dust mites so she had respiratory issues right away. We started wiping things down when we noticed it was hot and tried to turn down the AC. It would only go to 72 degrees. It was 100 degrees outside. We started texting the owners of our dissatisfaction of the condition of the place. Fortunately, they refunded our money and we were able to find more suitable accommodations and didn't spend one night there. We left the place cleaner than we found it. I'm not sure how all the good reviews got on this property because it is in terrible shape. Would not recommend.

Vacation

We had a great time at this condo. Anything you needed they had . We walked every morning and felt the area was very safe. We were down to visit friends, family and golf. Many golf courses to choose from with in 10 miles. Thank you for letting us stay

Property needs some serious maintenance .Patio was disgusting mess. BBQ was beyond clean!!Bedroom bilnds are disfunctional and need repair.Windows and screens are filithy. Window latches are disfuncional,Bed spread heming was all in taters.Inside door mat was a disgrace we bought a new one. Bedroom Vinyl plank flooring is heaving and all apart.Bathtub spout is leaking backwards up against the wall Front screen door is a mess. Ovrerall this condo it needs some serious attention.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our family and friends. There was plenty of room and everything we needed to make our own meals. The neighborhood was quiet and the weather beautiful.

Comfortable Corner Condo

Very well stocked kitchen ... could be better organized; comfortable seating in living room & dining room. King bed is constructed of strange materials and extremely uncomfortable. Queen bed very firm. Living room couch sleeps well! A bit of remodeling might bring more repeat customers. Beautiful grounds and good location!

Everything was as described

We had a great trip. The condo location was great - a short drive to stores and restaurants. We were centrally located to visit big sites in AZ. The condo property was very well kept (grounds, pool, hot tub). One shower even had seats for my mom with limited mobility.

Clean, comfortable, spacious

This home was as advertised. Nothing too fancy, but it was very clean and spacious. I didn't use half of the property, but a group who needs two bedrooms and wants to lounge in the living room would be very comfortable. Everything worked and the location was great.

Great Place and Great Location

close to all convince

Great location, all groceries and shops are all near by. Close to pool area also. Condo can use a little up dating , example; bedroom covers and sheets and furniture, but all in all would go back to this property.
