Charming place that has everything you need. In the heart of beautiful San Marco. Close to restaurants and literally less than a block to the European Street Restaurant. If you’re looking for a place near downtown or close to a Jaguars game, this is it.

Pool was fun, close to restaurants, bars, and coffee. Easy walk. Able to Uber to the beach. Close to airport. Great place for a weekend getaway!

This was a very cute property that easily accommodated six adults. The host was communicative and access to the property was super simple!

Check-in process was easy. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. The loft is very spacious. There is no dishwasher and cooking utensils could use updating but we had an amazing stay. The pool situation is a little confusing. If there is a long term renter or someone staying in the main house, the pool is shared. When I arrived there were 6 people at the pool who were staying in the main house. They left on Sunday and the pool guy came and cleaned on Monday morning. There are walkable restaurants and I watched dolphins from the river which is less than a block away. Excellent stay for the money. Will definitely return

Great location and host communicated timely when we were there. We stayed in the loft…for the space they made the most of it, as the 3 bedrooms were roomy as well as the 3 bathrooms. Somethings needed replaced, like the oven, but host fixed the door as soon as they could. The pool was so fun, and we had a grill out and the area was perfect for such a day, lots of chairs and tables. We spent our last day chilling by the pool, and there were plenty of floaties for us to have a relay race. Fun day! The neighborhood was so welcoming and great restaurants and stores (including a Publix) were within walking distance. Hopefully one of the rentals at this house will be available when we come back!

The pool was awesome, you do have to share it if other guest are staying in adjoining units, but no one else was there at the time of my stay. the loft was very clean, it is an older property, but its kept up well, the only thing I remotely had an issue with, was there isn't a couch, so if you want to lay down to watch tv, you have to lay is one of the beds.

Paul was on top of the issue we had when we first arrived! He resolved it in no time! I would recommend the loft to anyone wanting to stay in the Jacksonville FL area! The loft had plenty of room and a bathroom to everyone bedroom . Pool was clean and enjoyable for the hot days when you want to cool off! If there is any problems just reach out to Paul and in no time problem is solved! Will be staying again when in the area if available!
