Cozy Little Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Kyle’s place. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the hospitality shown by Kyle when he helped us out trying to connect to the WiFi on the property.

Perfect Little Getaway Near the Wineries!

We had a lovely short stay at this cute one-bedroom apartment. It was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet area close to wineries. The host was very kind and communicative, which made everything smooth and easy. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area!

I grew up in the Santa Ynez Valley and along with my wife, we love to share this special place we call home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

When I was in high school, my sports teams always did training runs through this beautiful neighborhood, filled with giant oak trees, rolling hills and beautiful views, and I daydreamed about what it would be like to live here. We've been living here for 5 years now and we are still enjoying this wonderful place!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment has its own entrance with a private, fenced yard, convenient parking and lots of room to relax in the large living room. The south facing bedroom has beautiful views of the Santa Ynez Mountains and front garden. The bathroom is gigantic, with two sinks and plenty of counter space.
