House Rules

Welcome to our home! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you and future guests, please follow these house rules:

1️⃣ Respect the Space & Neighbors
- Please treat the furniture, property, and neighbors with care. Any damages to the property or furniture will be your responsibility.

2️⃣ No Smoking Indoors 🚭
- Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. A $550 fee will be charged if smoke is detected.
- If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts safely in the trash.

3️⃣ No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms 🍽️
- Help us keep the space clean and pest-free by enjoying meals in designated dining areas.

4️⃣ No Parties or Events🎉
- Out of respect for our neighbors, parties and events are not allowed. (This is especially important in properties with shared walls.)

5️⃣ No Illegal Substances 🚫
- The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
