Just a short stroll from the iconic Magnolia Silos and Baylor University, this fun and stylish boutique rental offers two spacious bedrooms and two modern baths. Thoughtfully designed with vibrant decor and cozy furnishings, it's the ideal spot for relaxing after exploring all that Waco has to offer. Whether you're here for shopping, dining, or cheering on the Bears, this charming retreat is the perfect home base for your adventure!


Please park on the "gray gravel"- we own all three houses, so please feel free to park anywhere you see the gray gravel around the property- thank you!! Try and keep the driveway clear, so all cars can get thru- we appreciate it!

Beautiful home

The neighborhood was wonderful. Everything was just beautiful and felt so safe. We were walking distance from downtown with so much to do. The house was perfect for us. Great parking. I will definitely stay here again!

Property was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Magnolia. The Host went out of there way to ensure we were properly accommodated for. Instant communication with the host. I would give her an extra star if it was an option. I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Waco. You’ll be in good hands and we will be going back soon.

Super cute house close to Silos

Super cute house that is walking distance to Silos and a great BBQ restaurant. Fun mix of modern and old for decor. I'm light sensitive so would have loved better window covering for door in bedroom, but by no means a deal breaker. We stayed in 3 different VRBOs over a 5 day trip to TX, and this was definitely our favorite!

Cameron and Jessie Bell were lucky enough to be on the HGTV hit show, Fixer Upper. They had the amazing opportunity to work with Chip and Joanna Gaines on their first home, the Shotgun House. After going thru that experience, Cameron was up for the challenge to build a home himself! He quickly realized, it's easier when a TV show does it but it's been a FUN ride all the same.
