3-Bedroom Apartment in Family-friendly Combate - 5 Minutes to the beach

Relax with the whole family in this newly relisted spacious condominium. It is just a short distance from awesome seafood restaurants, the two-mile long Playa El Combate—one of the best beaches in all of Puerto Rico— parks including El Faro lighthouse, the Playuela (another stunning beach) and the National Wildlife Refuge of Cabo Rojo where you can hike, bike or simply sunbathe in calm waters.

This fully-furnished unit, on the second floor and overlooking the pool and well-tended grounds, is fully air conditioned, includes a master suite with en suite bath, two spacious guest rooms with twin beds, a kitchen stocked with with cookware, cutlery and dinnerware. Also included are large TV, high-speed internet and two work stations, suitable for remote work.

Our condominium is in a quiet residential area bordering on open fields and forest, with two parking spaces protected by an electric gate. By car or on foot, one quickly arrives at bars, restaurants and Playa El Combate—15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car.

An amazing property with perfect and convenient location!

Close to great beaches

We enjoyed Glenn's property, as it was very close to El Combate and Annie's Restaurant. The linens and towels were of good quality, as were the kitchen appliances and utensils, although we missed having a dishwasher and wine glasses. Suggestions would include having patio furniture, small grill, a little more decor, such as pictures. The second floor steps were a challenge for my sister. The pool view was nice and the pool itself was lovely. We recommend this condo!

Hi, we are Evelyn and Glenn and Combate is our home away from home tho we can't be there as often as we would like. Not many people from off the island know about this area, which is why it is so peaceful and laid back. Evelyn is originally from Ponce and we and our kids spend time there whenever we can. But while we're not there, we hope you'll be able to enjoy this area, its people and all the natural beauty of its beaches and nature preserves.

Not many people from off the island know about this area, which is why it is so peaceful and laid back while rich with incredible beaches, nature preserves and warm-hearted people.

We are minutes away from the beach which makes this spot quieter than in the beachside village and much more affordable.
