Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Six individually themed bedrooms sleep 16 or more guests across ten beds. The King Triton Suite on the first floor offers a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite sits nearby with a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite has two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite provides two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite features its own bathroom, a king bed, and a 55-inch smart TV, and the Moana Suite rounds out the layout with one queen bed, one full bed, and a 50-inch smart TV. Shared living spaces include a living room with a 50-inch smart TV and a family room anchored by a 65-inch smart TV.

Outdoor living
The private pool and spa sit at the center of outdoor life here. Both can be heated for an additional fee, making them usable any time of year. A covered patio, propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers give the space a natural flow between cooking, eating, and relaxing. A private backyard adds extra room to move, and resort access brings additional community amenities within reach - including a pool, fitness center, tennis, volleyball, and more.

Kitchen and dining
The fully stocked kitchen is set up for real meal prep, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, wine glasses, baking sheet, mini fridge, and full cooking basics. An airfryer and top-brand appliances add convenience, and the dining table comfortably brings the whole group together.

Entertainment and recreation
The air-conditioned game room is stocked with a pool table, arcade games, board games, life size games, and a smart TV. A Bluetooth sound system, game console, and TV with standard cable keep entertainment going throughout the home. Themed rooms throughout the villa add a layer of personality to every corner. Families with young children will find a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, baby safety gates, a children's playroom, and an outdoor playground already in place.

Comfort and essentials
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace keep every season comfortable. The washer, dryer, room-darkening shades, iron, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage support stays of any length - long-term stays are welcome. A dedicated workspace and fast WiFi make the home equally practical for those working remotely. A hot water kettle, coffee, and breakfast provisions are also available.

Arrival and safety
Self check-in is handled through a smart lock for a smooth, flexible arrival. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras on the front and back of the property, smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Pets are welcome. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost.
