Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Sixteen or more guests sleep across ten beds in six individually themed bedrooms. On the first floor, the King Triton Suite features a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and a private ensuite with a jetted tub and separate shower. The Siesta Suite offers a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite is fitted with two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV. The Star Wars Suite provides two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite includes a king bed, its own private ensuite, and a 55-inch smart TV. The Moana Suite rounds out the lineup with one queen bed and one full bed, plus a 50-inch smart TV.
 
Outdoor living
The private pool and spa are available year-round. Heating for either can be arranged at an additional fee - a welcome option for cooler evenings in the Orlando Area. A covered patio with sun loungers and outdoor furniture gives the group room to recharge, and the outdoor dining area and BBQ grill are set up for relaxed evenings outside. The private backyard stretches well beyond the pool deck, giving everyone space to spread out.
 
Resort access
Your stay includes access to nearby resort facilities - an additional pool, gym, tennis, volleyball, and more. It's a genuine bonus for large groups who want variety between park days and a solid alternative when the home's own outdoor spaces are in full swing.
 
Game room & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room is built for a full night in - pool table, arcade games, ping pong table, life size games, board games, and a smart TV all under one roof. Across the rest of the home, multiple TVs with standard cable, a Bluetooth sound system, a game console, and exercise equipment keep everyone covered. The themed bedrooms carry entertainment value of their own, and younger guests will almost certainly have strong opinions about which room they're claiming.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen handles group-scale cooking without compromise. A refrigerator, mini fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher cover the essentials, alongside cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics including oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are all stocked and ready, with barbecue utensils available for the grill. Breakfast is included with your stay, and the dining table brings the whole group together inside.

Families traveling with young children will find this home well-prepared. A crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, baby safety gates, and babysitter recommendations are all on hand. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property - none face the interior. Smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. Housekeeping is available at an additional cost. Pets are welcome, and long-term stays are available for groups looking to use this Orlando Area home as an extended base.
