Welcome to Kay's Oasis! This brand new construction 3 bed, 2.5 bath condo offers every amenity you could imagine to make your beach vacation perfect.
The Space:
The first floor consists of a garage and driveway to accommodate a total of 2 vehicles. Enter this 2nd floor unit into a beautiful, spacious living room and kitchen area. There is a large island with 4 stools, an additional table with bench, fully stocked kitchen and a half bath. Down the hallway are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and a full bath. The 1st bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed over another full and an additional twin trundle bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the primary bedroom contains a King bed and luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower. Two balconies let you admire the views from all angles. All bedrooms are outfitted with LED TVs
This 8 unit complex has a private, gated pool area with a kiddie pool, main pool, large hot tub, outdoor seating and kitchen area.
6 beach chairs and and an umbrella are located in the garage for your use. There is a private outdoor shower located in the rear of the unit.
Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, a bunk bed with 2 Fulls and 1 Twin trundle, and a sofa bed
No Senior/Prom groups. No Pets. No Smoking
Linens and towels not included.
This property is for families and mature renters only due to local ordinances regarding parking and noise.
