Enter an open and bright main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The vaulted ceiling and multiple sliders create a light-filled space.

The living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable, the fireplace is decorative (not for tenant use). Just off the living room is the dining area with seating for everyone. Beyond the dining area is the nicely-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for meal prep. Sliders from the dining area and living room lead to the wrap-around deck.

There is a bedroom with two twins and a recently renovated bathroom with custom shower at the end of the hall from the living room.

Stairs from the living room lead to the second floor. The first of the two bedrooms on the second floor is an open loft-style bedroom (half wall, open to main living area below) with a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a sitting area. There is also a recently renovated bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning: There are ductless split unit air conditioners in the main living area and the bedrooms.

Wood floors throughout, tile in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Washer/dryer in unfinished basement.

The wrap-around deck has a table with chairs, lounge chairs and a gas grill. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower.

Set on a wooded lot in a quiet location, this home is only a short walk to the bay beach or town. Short drive to all the best of Wellfleet including freshwater ponds and ocean beaches, restaurants, galleries, shopping, golf, live entertainment, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
