Located very close to Medical Mile and minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. This well laid-out home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (one per floor). Walking distance to "Look-Out Park" with sweeping views of the downtown skyline.

The locks were difficult to use, so despite us entering the code correctly, the door didn’t open. There were times when we would be stuck outside for a while repeatedly trying to get in. The sheets were not clean and had a white substance on it. The floor were very uneven and in part of the home were coming up. There was only one and half roll of tissue. I inquired about more, but the owner said it was under sink and it was not. There’s no dish sponge to wash the dishes with. There’s no plates and there were issues with the heat

The location was great to visit Meijer Gardens, museums, restaurants. The inside of the home was clean with comfortable beds. There was great communication with the property manager.

The house space and rooms worked well for our group. The only downside was that the trees that we parked under in the driveway dropped some sort of sap on our car that took off the protective coating. Unforutnately, we had to file an warranty claim on the car.

Overall okay stay. Smelled like smoke upstairs with multiple glade plug ins everywhere. Minimal bathroom supplies provided (shampoo, body wash missing), however kitchen was well stocked with dish soap and dishwasher detergent. They did supply keurig with K cups which was nice! Could use some more attention to cleaning, especially the floors downstairs. Our socks and our infants feet of his pajamas were dirty from walking. Great location to downtown GR. 2 parking spots with extra street parking out front if needed. It wasn’t terrible but definitely not 5 star house. For a quick weekend trip it was good just a few upgrades and more cleaning would have made it a better experience.

Pros: Good location, clean/functional kitchen, spacious bathroom, designated parking, clean except for the floorsCons: No central AC (for the first 18 hours of our stay, it was 82-84 degrees in the house minus the bedrooms with air units - even so the coolest we got was 77 degrees), unreliable WiFi, floors were so dirty our toddlers had dirt all over their bellies/clothes, half of the kitchen table chairs were broken.

Standard VRBO place, basic with no frills or is not super glorious.No central AC so reliant on using supplied box fans, ceiling fans and air window units.Water leaks from the upstairs bathroom visible in the kitchen, and water leaks from the roof visible in the upstairs.

Ball Zoo Trip

Close to the zoo, Ok spot for a 1 night stay with kids but not for a longer stay. There wasn't a lot of room for play and not space outside to play. Nice for adults though (Maybe 4). Big kitchen to cook in and hang out. Furniture and beds not so comfortable. Overall very clean except for the floors. Those of us who had white socks on had brown bottoms by the end of the night. Also too many plug-in air freshners.

Accommodating in So Many Ways!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this home in Grand Rapids, MI! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was perfect for our family getaway. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city. Whether we were headed to nearby attractions or just enjoying a relaxing game time at the house, everything was within reach!The house itself is spacious and welcoming, with plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and enjoy. The common areas were perfect for game nights, and the kitchen was well-stocked for all our meals. Everyone had their own space to relax, and the house truly felt like a home away from home.A big shoutout to the host, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We had an early check-in request, and the host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that everything was ready for us when we arrived. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our stay as comfortable as possible was truly appreciated.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Grand Rapids, and we’re already looking forward to returning! Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area with family or friends.
