Enjoy the pleasant atmosphere at this comfortable, vintage-furnished medium term rental (MTR) house. Minimum stay is 30 days, maximum is 350 days. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a crib, 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, and a full kitchen. There is also a spacious office with a couch, a desk with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer. WiFi, TV, vintage stereo, central air conditioning, and a Nest thermostat. The kitchen has nice Wolf gas range, Viking microwave with stovetop exhaust fan. The kitchen has access to a washer and a dryer. There's plenty of driveway parking, but no garage parking. It is conveniently located in south Santa Ana, a city that has outlawed STRs (less than 30-day stay). The house is best suited for a family with a baby or toddler. It is a no-smoking house, no drugs, no pets, no commercial use, and no mail delivery. Limited visitors and dinner guests are welcome, but no parties (greater than 6 people) are allowed without owners permission. We live close by, enjoy camaraderie with our woodie car friends, and super enjoy our cabin in the mountains. We have been an Airbnb host since August 2018 and have over 160 5-star reviews. We really loved being hosts. City of Santa Ana banned STRs. We hope potential guests could consider a wonderful month in our beautiful Orange County.

The Sandpoint neighborhood is very spacious with nice yards and quality-built homes established in 1971. We moved here in 1982 to raise our family.

The home belonged to my wife's parents and it still exudes lots of love. The house is furnished with an eclectic mix of well-kept vintage heirloom furniture including a 1937 baby grand piano. One parent had all mahogany, the other had all maple. The artwork pays homage to our McFadden family pioneers involved with founding our County of Orange.
The property is very close (<3 miles) to John Wayne Airport-Orange County (SNA) but not in the flight path. Beaches are less than 8 miles away. South Coast Plaza and other shopping is less than 2 miles away. Anaheim Convention Center and theme parks are 12 miles away.
