This property is perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay, truly a home away from home. Candy was incredibly kind, and everything was very organized with clear instructions from the beginning. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. Decor is awesome! Makes you feel right at home! Great location to AMI, the Clam Factory, the Cortez Kitchen and of course the beaches! Definitely worth getting a golf cart to get you around!

Great Getaway!

We recently spent 2 weeks at Kapok. The house was very comfy, clean, well equipped for cooking, centrally located to places we wanted to visit, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Doug and Candy were there for us if we had any questions or needed anything.

Cozy weekend at the beach.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. So many interesting photos and books. The layout of the apartment was comfortable, spacious and cosy at the same time. Very quiet area. Very close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. Communication with owner was quick and easy.

Summer vacay

We were not aware that location was overlooking a trailer park, but it was safe, quiet and clean. The decor was utterly charming with nice ammenities and location was very convenient to Anna Maria Island. After a montary glitch tegarding parking, the owner was quite friendly.

Quietness

My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. Beautiful home in Excellent location

A Great stay. Home has everything and very clean. Candy is amazing and a great host. If bringing a bot, make sure to contact the Marina and make sure to reserve a space and therefore be able to launch. Otherwise restricted to public! We would go back for sure!!
