2nd floor:
-A large master bedroom with a king-size bed and an oversized walk-in closet with ample storage
-A fun and cozy kids’ room featuring two bunk beds, a twin bed, full-size sleeper couch, 55 inch smart TV, and a couch
-A luxurious master bathroom with a full-size tub, shower, and a stackable washer/dryer
-A dedicated office space with a work table, dual monitors and a full-size couch.

3rd floor:
-A private accessory room with a queen-size bed and a small closet
-A full bathroom with a sleek walk-in shower
-Game Room with a sleeper couch that unfolds to queen size bed, smart TV, and loads of entertainment, such as billiard, foosball table and over 15-20 different board games, couch and loveseat set, 4 yoga mats and 2 armchairs.

Outdoor space:
-A backyard oasis with a gas grill with grilling tools and propane, patio, pergola with large table that sits 10-12 guests featuring the grape vines. Lawn furniture includes 2 couches, coffee table, 2 Adirondack chairs with a table, large hammock
-A spacious brand new outdoor shower (hot/cold) located at the back of the house
-A front yard perfect for lawn games and includes a swing set

-Guest Count & Extra Guest Fee:
Our nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 8, we charge a $30 per night per additional guest.
This helps cover the added utilities, linens, cleaning, and wear-and-tear that come with larger groups.
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests, and we’re happy to accommodate your full group!
- Strict no-smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana) policy anywhere inside the home. A $300 fee will be assessed if smoking is detected inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside the dwelling.
- No pets allowed. $350 fine will be applied if policy is violated.
- No events or parties
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- NOTE: While this 3-story house only requires 5 steps to enter, additional interior stairs are required to reach all of the home’s bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd levels guests.
