Appartement romantique avec jardin à 2 minutes à pied du palais Pitti

Appartement Santo Spirito-Piazza Pitti avec jardin pour 2/4 personnes.

Cet appartement récemment rénové est situé au premier étage d'un immeuble ancien à 50 mètres de la Piazza Pitti. Il fait environ 45 mètres carrés et présente la particularité rare d'un beau jardin clos qui, se trouvant à l'arrière de la bâtisse, est un havre de paix et de chants d'oiseaux au centre de la ville.

Le séjour dispose d'une mezzanine avec un lit double. Au niveau inférieur se trouvent un canapé-lit confortable et un coin salon, une grande armoire, un bureau et un espace de travail avec connexion Internet et une grande fenêtre donnant sur le jardin.

La cuisine spacieuse comprend une table traditionnelle en marbre pouvant accueillir confortablement quatre personnes, un coin fauteuil et une porte donnant sur le jardin.

La salle de bain est réalisée en pierre pâle avec du carrelage gris ardoise au sol : elle est contemporaine et chic et vraiment assez grande pour un appartement de cette taille. Il y a aussi un petit débarras.

Il y a des planchers en chêne partout.

Le jardin est rempli de jasmin et de roses anciennes grimpant sur les murs et d'herbes fraîches à utiliser dans votre cuisine toscane : une table et des chaises constituent un endroit parfait pour les repas et les apéritifs en plein air.

Bien que nous louions actuellement cet appartement, nous l'avons délibérément restauré dans le but de l'utiliser un jour comme notre propre pied-à-terre à Florence, nous n'avons donc pas lésiné sur les raccourcis !

Il y a un garage privé pour se garer à 5 minutes à pied (pas le nôtre) ; il y a des frais quotidiens.

Fabulous stay with peaceful private patio. This apartment was excellent for my friend and I on a girls trip and would be great for a couple. Very comfortable bed in a loft style bedroom. Closet space and bathroom on the main level but that worked just fine. I flight of stairs up to the entry. The back patio was a wonderful feature of this apartment. A sunny quiet spot with nothing to be heard but bird song and church bells. I chose this side of the river for our stay to be someplace different and we enjoyed it. We walked everywhere in Florence except to and from the train station. Had memorable local experience picking up pizza down the street late at night. A great stay!

Charming apartment in a nice area of Florence. Excellent restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Kitchen is well-equipped, and we appreciated the welcome bottle of Prosecco. Our primary challenge was due to a rail strike on the day of our arrival, and we came to find out how tightly coordinated the check-in time needs to be. We had to meet the host in person on a day when our travel was complicated by limited transportation. Beyond that, we had a great time and recommend the apartment.

We loved Nicky & Lucas place — well laid out, great kitchen especially if you plan to cook, the garden space is lovely even in the winter too! We had 3 dogs with us as well and it was easy and close to everything; super quiet.

Fabulous stay

The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed, and everything was to a good standard, particularly the kitchen. The garden was so nice, we loved coming back after a morning site seeing to relax in the garden before heading out again. Communication with Nicky was very good both before and during our stay. The apartment is centrally located, so we were able to walk everywhere. We hope to stay again !

Perfect Florence Vacation

Nicky was a fabulous hostess and her clean, well-situated apartment enabled us to walk all around Florence effortlessly. We would stay here again without a doubt! Great AC, too.

We will always be on hand to help out with any practical problems and to make sure you get the most from your stay in this beautiful city.

The location of Casa Giardino is perfect: the Oltrano is the most interesting area of Florence, removed from the worst of the tourist crowds yet within easy walking distance of all the main sights and monuments. The combination of this location and the fact of having a garden to retreat to after a hard days' sightseeing is unique.
