Great spot in Florence!

The owners were excellent with communication, making everything simple and easy to navigate. They even offered transportation from the train station (for a fee), which brought us directly to the property. The space is small but perfectly located—within easy walking distance to all the main attractions.

Comfortable Home

My family stayed a few days in Florence. This apartment was a great spot to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Location was great -- it was a short walk to the tourist sights. Nice to be in an actual neighborhood. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms which made it convenient for everyone. Nico and his team were great in all their communications regarding our reservation and any questions we had. I would stay there again.

Great little apartment

We enjoyed our stay here. About 15-25 min walk to all the sites. Very close to a parking garage. They even had a bottle of wine as a gift for us. W ate at their recommendations, and the food was delicious.

Family getaway

Gina's guest house is a beautiful apartment within the historic city of Florence. The apartment is beautifully appointed and kept very well. The thoughtfulness of Ricco and Valentine was exceptional. We truly enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic apartment off the beaten path

Great apartment with air conditioning away from the hectic touristy area (but a 15-20 walk to all the sights) in a neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. Perfect for our family of 4. Property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with, and check-in and check-out were easy. We would return!

property set in a very central position .In fact can walk to all parts of Florence from front door. . Christmas in Florence

Cute, cozy apartment that was about 15 min walk to city center. The neighborhood was quiet and had great amenities to offer. Nico, the host, was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We were fine, but it was so dark, and not enough lights. We called for more heat, and the owner turned up the heat slightly. I know heat is expensive in Italy, but really, it would be great to be warm.

Short stay

This charming apartment is located in a lovely older residential area, just across the bridge from all the downtown shopping excitement! It’s a pleasant 30-minute walk to reach that side, or you can easily catch an Uber if you prefer. The owner was fantastic to communicate with and responded very quickly. The only downside was a strong sewer odor that occasionally came through one of the bathrooms. We managed this by using air freshener and keeping the windows open, which helped alleviate the issue. therefore, this is a four star a five star view was notified will be addressing.

Wonderful place and wonderful host

Nico was so very nice and helpful. His apartment is so cozy and comfortable. The location is great because it is within walking distance to where you want to go but in a very quite area. He left us wine, water, coffee and tea. The apartment was very clean and convenient which is great but Nico’s information and communications made our trip so easy. Would definitely book again when I am back in Florence. Thank you Nico!!

A great location and nice layout for a small group

This property is comfortable and accessible. The owner was responsive. The beds are comfortable and having laundry in the apartment is a plus. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom is convenient. A bit of a challenge if you plan on cooking as there is no oven. However, there are so many great restaurants a short distance away you would not need to cook. Overall a pleasant experience.

No "free, on-site parking"!

The owner says it was a bad translation to English by VRBO. His listing in Italian says there may be a few paid parking spots nearby and a parking garage is 750 meters away (€25 per day). As Americans, we booked based on the free, on-site parking for my 1996 Fiat barchetta. The flat was pleasant, with a full size fridge, stove top (that we didn't use), and a washer in the master bedroom. Valentina checked us in and was very pleasant and helpful. We had temporarily parked in a white, residents-only parking spot, and she googled and sent us the link to the nearest parking garage, about 200 meters away. We were gifted with a bottle of Chianti, a liter of milk and a bottle of water. The coffee machine capsules were shaped like a fedora, so pick up more after you see them (i.e. NescafĂ© capsules are taller and won't fit). FYI the blue street parking is paid hourly, white is only residents, and the flat is located next to the ZTL (restricted traffic zone), for which you pay a fee if you drive in, or get a ticket if you don't pay. (The parking garage said the prior three hours were paid in case we accidentally drove into the ZTL). The flat is within easy walking distance to the Uffizi Gallery and the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, so overall a convenient location.

Un appartement parfait!

L’appartement est magnifique, bien dĂ©corĂ©, dans un quartier tranquille. Vous pourrez tout visiter Ă  pied. Les hĂŽtes sont trĂšs disponibles et l’arrivĂ©e s’est dĂ©roulĂ©e trĂšs facilement. Petits cafĂ©s Ă  quelques pas de l’appartement. Vous serez ravis de vous y retrouver.

Una favola... in tutto!

Appartamento ben curato e con stile, pulito e ben accessoriato. Ottima posizione per visitare Firenze , ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa . La zona Ăš tranquilla con molti locali tipici e i parcheggi sono veramente vicini. Grazie ad Andrea (proprietario) per la gentilezza e per la costante presenza per ogni nostra richiesta. Speriamo veramente di poter ritornare in questa splendida cittĂ  !

Kurztrip Florenz

Sehr schöne Wohnung auf der anderen Arnoseite, etwas weiter weg vom Trubel um den Dom, aber nicht weniger zentral gelegen. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
