This is the perfect cute and comfy spot—perfect for two if you’re looking to enjoy everything Denver has to offer. It’s a bright, basement-level 1-bed, 1-bath retreat with its own private entrance, so you can really make yourselves at home.

Enjoy the comforts of home with an in-unit washer/dryer and a kitchenette featuring a fridge, dishwasher, electric cooktop, and 3-in-1 microwave/air fryer/convection oven.

The kitchenette is stocked with everything you need—cookware, flatware, a Keurig for your morning coffee, plus some snacks on the counter to keep you fueled. There’s even a Brita in the fridge for fresh, cold water whenever you need it.

Kick back on the cozy loveseat with an ottoman and stream your favorite shows on the 55” Samsung smart TV. When it’s time to rest, the bedroom has a dreamy king-size Leesa hybrid mattress and a full washer and dryer right there for total convenience.

And if you’re working remotely, there’s a sleek desk with a 32” monitor and HDMI cable, so you can plug in and get things done.

End your day with a long, hot shower under the rainfall shower head—seriously, it’s the best. This space was designed to be your little home away from home, and we hope you love it as much as we do.

This apartment was just as advertised. Cozy and great location for a fun time in Denver. The short walk to Sloan’s Lake and to convenience shopping/dining was terrific. Everything logistically was easeful and the comforting amenities including great snacks were a treat. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Nice basement apt. Very small but doable for two.Parking -street parking only one night of 5 that we had to park down the street.Comfortable,but owner controls the heat /air so if you get cold easily bring warm PJs. Owner supplies most of what you need. We did buy soap ,tissue and a few groceries.Neighbor felt transitional but about 1 mile to stores shops and restaurants.Good price and adequate for what we needed it to be.

One of the best VRBO rentals I’ve experienced! The property is exactly as advertised and well taken care of, and it’s in a fantastic location to explore Denver! The hosts provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and communicate all the details thoroughly and respond to any questions promptly. They even have well written suggestions and directions for things to do and ways to get around Denver if you plan to explore what the surrounding neighborhood has to offer. We would definitely book here again on another Denver stay. We felt at home! 5 enthusiastic stars Thanks to our hosts for everything!!
