Optional Extra Services and Fees:
Early Check-in/Late Check-out: $400+ tax and fees per request (subject to availability).
Please request ONE day in advance of your check-in/check-out so we can check the cleaning schedule. Please note, the home must be cleaned and ready for the next guest by 4 PM.
Pets: $200+ tax and fees per stay (Max 2 pets allowed with owner approval before booking)
Heated Pool Service:
$225 for the first day
$150 for each additional day plus taxes
The pool is heated to 80°F, typically taking 2-3 days to fully heat up. Payment should be made at the time of booking or up to 2 days before check-in. Please note that the heated pool fee is non-refundable. This allows ample time to assess the local weather and decide if you'd like the pool heated for your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot heat the pool for just part of your stay due to the high cost of heating 18,000 gallons of water.
**Please Note: The heat pump requires outdoor temperatures of at least 50°F to efficiently heat the pool. In December and January, outdoor temperatures typically are too cold for the pool heat to reach the desired 80°F.**
The max capacity of this home is 16 people allowed at any given time. However, we suggest that 10 individuals would be a more comfortable with 2 people per room.
Guest have access to everything in the home besides the garage and one storage closet. Homes are professionally staged with most decorative items removed for a clean, clutter-free space.
We do not provide outdoor lounge cushions due to cleanliness reasons. Please use a white towel on sun lounge chairs and for all other outdoor needs.
Pool floats are not provided due to sanitation concerns from sun exposure, though previous guests may leave some behind.

AZ weather and extreme elements make it hard to maintain spotless outdoor furniture, especially cushions.
Please note, the cleaning staff does not clean the BBQ grill. Please clean the grill after your use.
Members of our team, including landscaping and pool maintenance, may visit the property during your stay for essential upkeep. These visits cannot be rescheduled or delayed.
Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests inputted when you completed the reservation. Prices are more expensive for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups. This property has surveillance cameras outdoors in the front and backyard that record audio and video. Such security is standard in high-end accommodations and is mandated by insurance for liability.
