Experience our 2022 fully renovated studio condo. located in an 11 unit building at Maryland Avenue and 1st Street. The heart of fine dining and shopping in Rehoboth Beach. kid in Accommodations include a queen Murphy bed with 2 side closets and drawers. 2 reclining twin futons, fully equipped kitchen, 3- piece luxury bathroom plus hair dryer, smart TV with Cable/DVD player and wifi. Most comfortably accommodates up to two adults and two children - ask owners for more details Enjoy sitting on the deck off the front, or the balcony off the back. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer convection/ toaster oven combo, grind & brew and Kuerig coffee makers, cookware, dishes/utensils, and barware. Basic items are provided for your initial convenience, including hand soap, dish soap, roll of paper towels and toilet paper, and trash bags. A small collection of books, games, and movies also provided for your entertainment. PLEASE NOTE that you must provide your own bed and bath linens. One parking spot out front - #208.

This is a great little place, super clean, very nicely decorated, and just minutes (
 walking) from the beach, boardwalk, and main drag of Rehoboth.The location can’t be beat, not to mention this is an ideal place to stay if your running the Rehoboth Beach Marathon/Half-Marathon in December.

You cannot beat the location of this place. You are walking distance to EVERYTHING. Having a parking spot included makes it a perfect home base for checking out Rehoboth. One of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed at in terms of interior design. Pretty comfortable bed as well.

It was clean and thoughtfully equipped. However, I don’t feel the online info adequately described the space. I was surprised that the only bed was the Murphy bed. It was definitely a space barely big enough for two people. I also didn’t realize it was on the second floor. Nice space but description needs to be more accurate to the space.

This Rehoboth Beach condo is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The condo is clean and the decor is beautiful. We’ve stayed in this condo multiple times, and we will not hesitate to book again!

The studio apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need and Dan and David were wonderful with all their communications! We just parked when we got there and walked everywhere! Short 2 minute walk to the beach and to the main drag with all the restaurants! Perfect location for a Fall Best Friend's getaway! Loved the new Cuisinart Brew coffee maker for our morning coffee before a walk around the neighborhood! Highly recommend this property for 2 Guests!’

This condo, while small, was a perfect getaway for my wife and me. It had everything we needed for a pleasant week away from home. It was an easy walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The owners were very pleasant and very prompt in their communication. Overall, a great experience.

Check-in and out were simple. No need to stop somewhere to grab or drop off the key. Huge plus. The location is fantastic. And communication was easy. I would recommend a stay here to all!

The condo location was perfect! It was a lovely short walk to the beach and boardwalk. My sister and I were very impressed with how quiet it was at night. The neighborhood was tidy and fun to explore. The condo was clean, cozy and charming and provided us with everything we needed. We laughed as we noticed the framed posters on the wall our first evening as we visted both of the shops that were featured in the posters earlier that day. Apparently we chose well. LOL. Cool Condo

We cannot say enough about this condo. For a studio it was just beautiful & had it all. We were there for a week and wanted to stay longer lol. The walk to the beach was so short and to the boardwalk was so nice everyday. Dave & Daniel were so friendly and the check in so easy! We will diffidently stay here again!

Great location and Very Attractive Condo

This condo was perfect for us. It is thoughtfully furnished with everything you’d need. The decor is especially attractive. Bed is super comfortable. Place was very clean. It’s obvious the owners take great pride in ownership. The location is the cherry on top—walkable to everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Great Little Getaway

Fantastic small condo just two blocks away from everything. Owners were great to interact with and left us to enjoy our vacation. Murphy bed was decently comfortable with a supplied memory foam topper and the condo was very clean when we checked in. Overall, decent value for money and the location is very hard to beat without spending another 100/night. Very much would recommend and will likely be back!

Nice little getaway

We really enjoyed our time there. It’s a super cute studio and in walking distance to the beach. It also is in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops that rehobeth offers.

Wonderful place, walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and Rehoboth Avenue. The unit was clean and had a great kitchen, kitchen supplies, spices and condiments, if you plan to cook at all at the place. The listing states the unit sleeps 4. There were 3 of us and it was very tight, so consider that. I'd happily go back to stay in the future.
