The Space:
As you step through the front door, you are welcomed into a bright and airy living room/sunroom, filled with natural sunlight that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. From there, you move into the spacious kitchen and living area, where a cozy dining table offers the perfect spot for enjoying meals.
The main house is thoughtfully laid out with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, all conveniently located on one level. Two of the bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds, while the third is furnished with a bunk bed, offering a double on the bottom and a single on top. The master bedroom enjoys the privacy of an attached bathroom with a shower, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway for easy access.
A detached king suite offers extra living space. The suite features a king-sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and an adjacent bunk room with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top, perfect for younger guests. Additionally, the suite is equipped with a mini fridge and storage for added convenience.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, the water view sun porch is a wonderful gathering place to relax and watch the water activities. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for outdoor enjoyment. The property also features a private dock for fishing, crabbing, relaxing by the water and also access to tie up a boat. The shady backyard offers a peaceful spot to watch the boats go by and observe the local wildlife, making it a perfect retreat for outdoor enjoyment. **Per local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two dogs of 100 lbs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation.**

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
