The Space:

Just beyond the deck, a firepit awaits for cozy nights under the stars, where you can roast marshmallows and share stories after a day of adventure. And with direct lake access, you’re never more than a few steps away from the refreshing water, whether you want to swim, kayak, or simply dip your toes in. With its private dock and two boat slips (11x30 and 10x24), you can launch right into the water for a day of fun before heading back to the cabin for dinner followed by an evening glass of wine.

Inside, the home welcomes you with a bright and inviting modern living room, complete with a plush couch, a bean bag chair, and a smart TV for laid-back evenings. For even more lounging space, the three-season sunroom features a cozy sectional, offering a tranquil spot to sip your morning coffee while surrounded by nature. An additional living area with a large sectional sofa, wood-burning fireplace, and another smart TV provides the perfect setting for movie nights or curling up with a good book on cooler evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, light stone countertops, ample cabinetry, and a Keurig for your morning brew. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the second floor living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The home also includes two full guest bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• The PWC lift has been removed from the property due to damage and is no longer available for guest use.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Absolutely no smoking Marijuana on the premises at anytime . This includes the outside dock and deck areas of the property. $500 dollar fine.
• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. No Exceptions and no parking on the street.
• Portable crib provided.
• The house includes one adult kayak, one youth kayak, and a water mat for your enjoyment.
