You are going to love the location of this home, one street on top of the busy 5th Ave., and a 10 min walk to the sea and the nicest 38th street. You will be surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, the local sunday market, supermarkets… so many options and places to visit! If you need any recommendations, let us know. Located downtown Playa del Carmen, yet in a safe distance from the noisy pubs at night to rest peacefully.

PARKING
There is paid street parking available at the premises.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Playa del Carmen to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
