To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, dogs and any type of open fire (of any size) are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. (The only exceptions are the indoor fireplace and BBQ grill.) Violations may result in police citations, loss of security deposit, and additional cleaning fees.

🍖 BBQ Essentials – If you plan to grill, please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid for the BBQ.

⚠️Please note: For the comfort and upkeep of the space, we kindly ask that guests refrain from putting up any decorations.

Security Deposit Notice:

The $1,000 security deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or missing items after your stay. In the event that any deductions are necessary, we will provide a detailed receipt outlining the charges. Thank you for respecting our home! 😊

If a refund is issued, a cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted to help cover payment processing fees.

⚠️No Pets: Pets are not allowed to ensure a clean space for everyone. Violation fee: $500

⚠️No Parties: Enjoy your stay quietly—any type of parties are not permitted. Violation fee: $500

⚠️No Unauthorized Late Checkout: Please check out on time. Violation fee: $100 per hour

⚠️No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Violation fee: $100 per guest.
