This house was perfect for a quick stay before cruising, the location was a little sketchy but felt safe with automatic locks on the door. Kitchen was small and there were not a lot of pans and silverware but again worked great for us as we did not cook but had door dash delivery.

It was good just smaller than in the picture and it smelled when entering the house and there was someone else living in the back of the house.

We’re doing a deep clean and adding a final walk-through check before every check-in to make sure the home always feels fresh. On the size, we’ll update the listing photos so they better reflect the actual space. All of the beds squeaked when you moved. The bathroom was dirty. There was a dirty sock left in a closet. The front porch could have been cleaner. The back yard not accessible. The residents of rear mother in law suite were friendly but have trash all over side yard. Kitchen, livingroom, and dining room were comfortable and relaxing. Checkin and checkout were easy. The host provided all necessary information in a timely manner.

Host was welcoming. Everything was pretty nice, only room for improvement was there was only one roll of toilet paper, had to buy more. Otherwise a lovely stay and not far from the highway making our Miami visit smooth and comfortable!

House had bugs. Bed are old not comfortable. Mother in law lives in the back room. Sheets were not clean. We gave owner more time to clean and was still not cleaned.

Hello Lisa, Sorry the stay didn’t meet your expectations. When you mentioned the sheets, I offered to send the cleaner back right away but you declined. We use the same cleaner regularly and haven’t had issues like this before, but I still would’ve fixed it on the spot. We do routine pest control, but being in Miami, bugs can still happen from time to time. If we know, we take care of it quickly. The mother-in-law suite in the back is mentioned in the listing and check-in message, just so everything is clear upfront. I also tried to stay responsive throughout. I’ll be honest, with all the questions before check-in, I was trying to make sure everything was covered so your stay went smooth. When you decided to leave early, I sent a partial refund for the unused nights to be fair. I wish we had the chance to fix things while you were there. We always try to make it right.

The location was convenient and the check-in process was fairly easy. However, the listing was not accurately described. We were surprised to find that another man was living on the property, which was not disclosed and made our group uncomfortable.Cleanliness was also an issue, as we saw roaches, ants, and mosquitoes inside. The beds were outdated and not very comfortable.Overall, this property has potential, but it needs better transparency, improved cleanliness, and updated furnishings.

The home does have two attached mother-in-law suites, and this is clearly noted in the listing description as well as in the check-in instructions. The main house itself is fully private, but we try to be upfront about the layout so there are no surprises. Since your stay, we’ve already updated the bed frames to improve comfort. Regarding the cleanliness concerns, we take that seriously and have routine pest control in place. That said, we weren’t made aware of any of these issues during your stay, and we always encourage guests to reach out right away so we can fix things in real time. We appreciate the feedback and will keep improving.

The whole house needs some TLC. Multiple light bulbs blown out or missing altogether. Only 2 of the 4 burners on the stove top were functioning. And NO HEAT SOURCE OF ANY KIND IN JANUARY.

Appreciate the feedback. We sent a handyman out right after and he confirmed the burners and heat were working at the time of inspection. We also went through and replaced any missing or blown bulbs to make sure everything is fully dialed in. We didn’t receive any message during the stay about these issues, which would have allowed us to fix them right away while you were there. We’ve double checked everything since and have it all in good shape for future guests.

Jessica, we take feedback like this seriously. We didn’t receive any message during your stay, so we weren’t given the chance to step in and fix things in real time. If we had known about the heat or anything else, we would have addressed it right away. We have routine pest control in place, but we’re following up again to make sure everything is handled properly. The same goes for checking the mattresses and the HVAC. For future guests, this is a shared property setup, so there can occasionally be some noise from neighboring units, but we do our best to keep things respectful and quiet. Das Haus hat alles gehabt, was wir brauchten für die 2 Nächte, die wir dort verbracht haben. Das Bad und die Betten waren sauber, sowie auch der Rest. Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch, aber ausreichend. Morgens haben wir viele Vögel im Vorgarten gesehen, was sehr schön war.
