Dreamy Studio in The Heart of Horse Country

Giant Granddaddy Oaks draped in moss, and the lush full gardens of our estate. You'll feel welcomed to seclusion, paradise, and more. Near to restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment, yet still isolated from the bustle of life. Relax by the pool, or soak away your worries in our hot tub. And then there's Sox the cat, and Spike, our St. Berdoodle pup as well.
The space
Set on some acres, as are the neighboring homes, this is an upscale neighborhood, quiet, safe, with multi million dollar properties around us. We live here, and the apartment is attached to our home, but is also completely separate and private, with its own entrance. We are just a few minutes from Santos Trails, and the Florida Horse Park. The historic district downtown is an easy 8-10 minute drive. The WEC (World Equestrian Center) a quick 15 minute drive.

The apartment is studio style, generously proportioned, and located on the second floor, accessed by a short flight of stairs. A custom made antique Queen+ sized bed, table and chairs, wall mounted TV, etc. The bathroom has shower, WC and wash basin. The kitchenette a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven/air fryer, and kettle. In the gardens just outside the apartment, a full size picnic table and charcoal grill, as well as a fire pit.

Our grounds, paddocks, and gardens are yours to enjoy, along with the pool and hot tub area. Towels are provided, as is an outdoor shower. Upon arrival you'll find all information needed to enjoy your stay, including our phone number for easier communications. Guest gate code, too, so you can come and go as you please.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy access to most of the property and grounds. The pool, hot tub and patio areas, gardens, etc. Parking is close to the apartment entrance and adjacent to the pool area.

Note, that as this apartment forms a part of our residential property, we do not provide lock box access. We have noted some guests seem to prefer a "contactless experience", but given the location, nature, and privacy of our small estate, we cannot provide such an experience.
Other things to note
Pets: If you wish to bring a pet with you for your stay, please reach out to us. Whilst we have a "no pets" general policy, we do make exceptions at times. Just ask us.

For riders wishing to enjoy Santos Trails, we're 1.2 miles from the entrance.
