This is a second home for us, not just a rental. We provide amenities that many rental homes do not. Therefore, our home is thoroughly inspected after each guest. We also require a valid state-issued photo ID for the primary renter, which will be verified via security cameras upon check-in to our home.
Maximum rental stay is 7 nights.
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
• 50% of the total reservation is due at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% is due 30 days before check-in
• 100% of paid prepayments are refundable if canceled 30 days or more before arrival
• 50% of paid prepayments are refundable if canceled 14 days before arrival
No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in
• A $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 3 days after departure, pending inspection
While children are welcome, please note that our home is not childproofed. The property features white furnishings; we do not provide baby gates, outlet covers, or cabinet locks.
Any stained or damaged furnishings will result in additional charges.
Important Policies:
• Minimum rental age: 30 years
• No pets allowed – bringing a pet will result in immediate termination with no refund and a minimum additional $250 cleaning fee.
• Exterior-only security cameras are on the property and will be used to verify the identity of the primary renter and detect pets.
Included in Your Stay:
• Linens and bath towels
• Starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps
• Beach gear (chairs, wagon, etc.)
Additional Details:
• 3–7 night minimum stay | 7 night maximum stay
• No boat, trailer, or RV parking * Strictly enforced by the community- you will be fined and towed
