Planning your Alaskan adventure? This is the perfect home base! Conveniently located for exploring, this downstairs apartment offers a perfect stay. Close to all things Alaskan, hiking, fishing, biking and just minutes away is a Kroger, Starbucks, Target, Ulta along with local and fine dining.
Inside you’ll find plush organic towels, bathrobes, luxury sheets, plenty of blankets. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with extra bedding, white noise machines, earplugs, blackout curtains and eye masks—perfect for bright summer nights. Please note this is a downstairs unit with a shared entrance and you can anticipate some noise from upstairs.

For added comfort, the living room has up/down blinds for privacy, and the bathroom is fully stocked.

We've stayed at many rentals across the country. This one is by far the most well thought out and furnished. The owners thought of everything we could need. Plenty of power cords, lighting, linens, robes, black out curtains, noise machines, and so much more. By far the most comfortable and welcoming place. The place is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The location to everything is perfect. Communication and check in and out was easy. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home in Anchorage. Don't miss this one!

Anchorage getaway

Cozy downstairs apartment complete with comfy beds, bath shower with great water pressure, kitchen complete with all amenities. We were very happy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this space!! Five stars!!

This place is excellent - linens & towels provided. The apartment is very clean and in excellent repair. But what really made this a great stay where the details - kitchen is well stocked including Pfaltzgraff plates and Cuisinart knives - robes, slippers, laundry items and even a stuffed plush otter on the love seat — a very cool place. Only Con was we were not crazy about the neighborhood - but everything else was amazing.

Amazing Place

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We absolutely love this spot. The hosted an amazing job at providing everything you could ever think of. Her attention to detail was spectacular. The place was very spacious very clean and close to everything in Anchorage. Anchorage is a small city with no traffic. There is a Starbucks 1/4 mile away. I’d highly recommend staying here.

This apartment was the nicest one ive ever rented. All the details to make us comfortable. We could not have asked for more. The facecloths were the softest ever (just ordered some for myself) there were touch lamps and sound machines in the bedroom. Duel coffee makers- drip & pods! Everything is well stocked and beautiful! It was in a neighborhood not too close to downtown.

This property was the best we've ever had! Autumn is so thoughtful and has everything you could think of, and more! The bathroom is fully stocked with all toiletry needs. The kitchen has all you could need, plus a welcome basket of goodies on the counter. There are charging cords everywhere should you need them. The bedrooms have noise machines and blackout curtains, and the beds are SO comfy! The couch and love seat are also comfy, with a footstool and blankets to get cozy while watching TV on the giant screen, with access to several streaming services. The Kroger and Walmart are very close, as well as several restaurants (you will likely still want a car). Autumn was super responsive to all communications and was so helpful when our flights put us a day late arriving. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Very clean throughout, extremely well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and throughout, to the last detail. Beds were comfy, with nice soft bamboo sheets.The only negative was that the drive through the neighborhood to get to the VRBO was very sketchy. It didn’t affect us because the location of our VRBO was in a more pleasant area of the neighborhood. We appreciated the spring flowers that were showing their pretty faces all surrounding the house.
