We had a wonderful stay at this home! Very clean and comfortable, quiet and safe area with free and readily available street parking. Really loved the Union Market District by the closest Metro station. Host was very accommodating and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

DC Trip

We came in to attend a concert at the Nationals Park. This was 15 minutes away from the ballpark, right next to Gallaudet University. The apartment was clean and had the essentials. Lena, the property manager, was great to work with. We had a good time!

We travelled via public transport on our first visit to USA and this was our first stop. Property about 15mins walk from NoMa Gadaullet station, so we could access centre of DC easily. A pleasure to walk in and find such a clean property with everything we needed for four nights. We enjoyed hosts recommendations for Cane and Ethiopic, nearby restaurants. Supermarkets in walking distance. Unfortunately some museums shut due to Federal Governments shutdown. Recommend the Holocaust museum, (free) and Mount Vernon, (accessible by public transport).

This place was really bad. I was living next to a juveniledetention center. There’s a lot of crackhead and homeless people around the place thugs that they were looking at me while I enter my car. I felt really unsafe. and I also seen a rat in a room where I sleep. The lady has self lack respect. She was not talking to me politely she did not want to get back to me. Her communication skills are really poor and bad. I do not recommend this for anyone else. This is really immature behavior from her. she said which room was the rat and I told her this room she said oh she can figure that out if it was true meaning she probably have a camera in there.

Got a parking spot right out front, no issues. Beds were very comfortable; place was spotless and as described. Owner was easy to reach and answered all my questions. Union Market was a cool area to hang out in and we enjoyed one of the owner's recommended restaurants. All in all - a great stay!
