You'll have complete and uninterrupted/unshared access to the walk-out BASEMENT apartment. It has its own separate entrance, fire pit area, full bath and kitchen. In advance request is required to use the fire pit area with a maximum of 6 people at a time.

Not all guests have been to a city like DC before or used Airbnb. Let us help you manage your expectations.
• It's a dedicated apartment all for you, but it's a BASEMENT apartment attached to a house. You will hear ambient noise from time to time. It's just like every other hotel in the city, with shared space, ONLY WE'RE MUCH QUIETER :)
