Quelle est votre idée de vacances à la plage parfaites? Cette unité deuxième étage d'une maison de bloc de plage détaché est la base idéale pour toutes vos activités préférées à terre. Cette unité récemment rénovée avec une nouvelle cuisine dispose de quatre chambres et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes. Profitez de la véranda et le porche ouvert. Ou si vous préférez, assis dans le calme clôturé dans la cour où les enfants peuvent jouer en toute sécurité et vous pourrez utiliser le barbecue sur le gril à gaz. L'unité dispose également d'une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, deux salles de bain complètes, air climatisé central, wifi et une douche extérieure. Il y a un parking offstreet pour deux voitures. Restaurants, magasins, boutiques de crème glacée et nos agriculteurs samedi matin le marché sont un vélo facile trajet en sur notre belle île. Le sentier menant à la plage mène à une grande plage peu fréquentée avec de superbes vagues. Panier de plage et des chaises sont fournis. Si vous recherchez des magasins d'usine, des casinos, des restaurants et des spectacles, Atlantic City se trouve à seulement cinq minutes en voiture.

Wonderful place for our family get together. All our needs were met. Great kitchen for making family meals. Angie and Phil were so friendly and helpful I felt I was renting from friends. Great location.

We had a great week, plenty of space for my family of 7 We were up and out early at the beach and settled in by 10pm. It was perfect for us!!!! Quiet neighborhood and the outside shower was so awesome The kids loved it Thank you again!!!!

Casual and Comfortable Beach Home for a Family

Our extended family of 4 adults, 4 children and 2 infants gathered here for a family reunion. The location was perfect as we could choose to walk to the beach or the cove. With 4 bedrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the enclosed porch and outside deck area. Phil and Angie, the owners, were wonderful and responded to questions and requests promptly. Best of all was a shed full of beach gear which we had access to such as beach cart, chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards etc. Beach badges were provided which would have been an extra expense if we had to purchase and was very much appreciated. Have stayed in 2 other rentals on the island and was happiest with this one!

Great Place

Overall it was a great stay love the house. It came with everything you would need for a beach vacation which saves you on packing. Plenty of space. One of the beds in the bunk bed room wasn’t the most comfortable but not something that would cause us not to stay again. Owners were fantastic and so nice!!

Wonderful property

The house was just perfect for a range of ages. So nice to have the backyard. The beach is a bit of a walk but with a beach wagon it worked out well. The children had a great time!!!

We loved Brigantine

We thoroughly enjoyed out week's vacation in Brigantine. We found the house to be clean and comfortable. Location was also convenient to the beach and close by to stores. Owners Angie and Phil could not have been more accommodating. Hope to be back.

This Beach Retreat is fabulous! Clean, has all the amenities you could ask for, and close to beach

Angie and Phil's second floor Beach Retreat is very spacious with four nice sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen, dining area and living room have an open floor plan with plenty of seating for everyone. Two of the features we liked most were the enclosed sunporch and outdoor deck. Our grandson enjoyed time playing in the back yard between trips to the beach and outlying areas. We also like the outdoor shower area. We were able to rinse all the sand off before heading inside. It is important to remember that this is a second floor rental. At the suggestion of Angie and Phil we took along a baby gate so our grandson wouldn't tumble down the open staircase. Angie and Phil were very helpful and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had prior to our vacation. We will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed our vacation. The home was very comfortable and roomy and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, so preparing meals here was easy. The outside deck was nice at the end of our beach day. We were thrilled that the home was so close to the beach entrance. We usually drive on, and did, but taking walks to the ocean was simple. We were very happy to have found this home for our vacation. Angie and Phil were very hospitable and kind. Thank you so much for renting your home to us! We love Brigantine!

Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed!

We had a great time at Angie and Phils lovely place. The 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths were big enough for our family reunion. My 3 daughters, Son and his wife and daughter and me and my boyfriend. Kitchen was had everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable with ceiling fans. The showers had good water pressure that warms up right away. We never ran out of warm water. The shed outside had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, games everything you could want and it was clean! We were able to use the backyard and bbq. Nice big TV in the living room with games and books for all ages. The beach was right down the street down a short path. The beach was very private and there were 6 beach tags provided. You just waved them when they asked for them on the beach, they didn't count them. Angie and Phil were wonderful and accommodating! They answered all our questions. We went to Cape May Zoo, beach and Sunset beach and saw the most beautiful sunset! Ate at the Ugly Bucket in Cape May twice. Also checked out Atlantic City and boardwalk. We would love to go back again. Thank you Angie and Phil !

Great location near beach for family get away!

Super great beach, peaceful, not too crowded. Condo was good and fully equiped, beach items were also available for us to use. BBQ was available which was perfect for cooking under nice weather.

Beautiful space in a great location

Fun place with lots of space for a big group. The walk to the beach is short. Well equipped, clean, and lots of windows. The AC works well too which is nice. I'll be coming back!

Nice beach house

We spend 7 days in this nice and very clean condo which is located in a quiet area. The owners Angie and Phil were awesome and very helpful. The condo has a lot of space and is well-equipped. The beach is in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time relaxing at the beach and in the condo.
