Escape to this beautiful west-facing penthouse in the gated community of North Coast Village. Located on the top floor, this two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental features a reverse-loft layout that maximizes views and privacy.

The spacious living room is perfect for unwinding with your group, offering a large sofa and chaise, flat-screen TV, and a collection of family board games.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a full range of appliances, and everything from serving bowls to a blender and crockpot.

Very clean unit. Nice short getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at the complex we have visited before. The room was very clean and as described. No surprises which is always good. Weather was a bit warmer than we remembered but there were fans so we managed. Beds were very good. Overall pleased with the stay.

VERY CONVENIENT TO BE SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND THE STRAND. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE TRAIN WAS VERY LOUD ON SOME NIGHTS. OTHERWISE THE PLACE HAD ALL THE NECESSARY ITEMS TO TAKE TO THE BEACH AND THEY ARE WELL CARED FOR. THE BALCONY LOOKING OVER THE BEACH IS BREATHTAKING. OVERALL VERY NICE PLACE WOULD RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN.

What a great little condo! It was very clean & family friendly. The master bed was super comfortable. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was relaxing. I feel like the pictures of the view dont do it justice. You have a full ocean view from the upstairs balcony. The only downside was the water pressure in the master shower was awful. Luckily the downstairs shower was working perfectly. But we stayed in a different unit that had a similar issue so that might be a building thing. Looking forward to staying again

Great unit and amazing getaway

This unit was perfect for what we needed. Was clean and comfortable, provided all of the amenities we needed for days at the beach. This was our third day at Northcoast Village and this was definitely our favorite unit we have stayed in.
