This was our 15th year coming to SPI and our first beach house rental. We absolutely loved the house and the pictures do not do it justice. The close proximity to beach was great. We hope to be able to rent this house again, we had such a great vacation!!!

The beach view is amazing and the spacious property was perfect for our bigger party. There was a couple of maintenance issues but I feel as though if they are focused on the property can be a excellent place to stay.

The location, view,the house ,the pool,everything was perfect!!! The sliding glass door tracks should be , cleaned and WD40 sprayed for easy access (elderly would have a problem with that) to open and close. Plenty of space and easy access to private beach! We loved our stay and will return soon!!!

Everything was as advertised, great views, great location, easy access to the beach, and easy communication. It's a very nice little property. Very convenient and private to have your own little pool to enjoy. Easy walk to the beach. Great water pressure in the shower with hot water. There is nothing that wouldn't prevent me from renting this house again. We knew before booking that the living room and kitchen are upstairs. But the view from the living room can't be beat.

I rented the property for mother’s day and it was perfect. To be able and just walk out onto the beach and be close to an area to have chairs and umbrellas set up was great. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space so everyone had their own bathroom. I will definitely book this property again in the future for a longer stay.

Amazing property that's perfect for a family stay. Easy to walk out onto the sand, beautiful sunrise view, a full bathroom for each bedroom. The house has been well used over its years, but everything is clean and works great.

Great beach view, great house. Rooms were clean and comfortable, just know there is no bedding for the couch beds, or any beach towels. We got the wrong WiFi info upon check in, but we got it resolved on day 2. We had to buy bedding for 3 couch beds and beach towels after getting no help from host. The sliding doors are extremely hard to open and close, my teenagers could barely do it. Plan accordingly.

Great location with direct access to the beach as described; just steps to a beautiful and relatively quiet portion of the beach. Clean property with easy checking and check out process. Only items I didn’t like were the very steep driveway and the mattress pads must have been waterproof because they didn’t breathe at all and made sleeping hot. Overall great experience though!

The VIEW!! The big double doors opening to an unobstructed ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing. Simply amazing. The upstairs of the property is wide open and inviting.

Awesome location. Great being right on beach, and having pool and outdoor showers. Would be happy to return. Furniture and fixtures are a little worn, but hey, it’s a beach house!

I am usually not the type to write reviews but we were honestly very disappointed in the cleanliness of this rental. Every faucet was absolutely disgusting and the upstairs master bathroom tub with jets obviously needs to be replaced. We are very disappointed and disgusted we didn't even want to use the water there. There was also a cockroach on the floor in the master bedroom when we walked in. The slididng doors were hard to open and the tracks were filled with grime. The outside was definitely in need of cleaning/pressure washing and the bed was hard. I tried contacting the host but they didn't respond until I messaged them again over a day later. They then said, "We do apologize. Has housekeeping been by to reclean?" Almost acting like they had already contacted me. At that point I didn't have any confidence in them so I just said forget it we dont want someone coming in randomly with all of our stuff there and with no notice. Its such a shame because the location and view of this place is so amazingly beautiful. This place could be absolutely amazing with some TLC but I have a feeling they just dont care to keep it up.

Most relaxing vacation ever

This was a much-needed vacation and our experience at Mi Casa Su Casa was amazing. The convenience of being on the beach, the privacy, and a good-sized pool made our stay perfect. We will definitely try and stay here again during our next visit to SPI. Thank you, for an enjoyable stay.

A million dollar view

Easily one of the best houses on the beach. Second time staying at this house and we had a blast for Easter weekend. Family and pet friendly ❤️
