If you are looking for a place to get away for a long-weekend or a longer stay, this property in Eufaulaâs new Patriot Pointe development is perfect for you. This 4-bedroom house with 3 king beds, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Each of the four bedrooms has a dedicated full bathroom. There is a large, open living space downstairs and a gathering space upstairs as well. With a 2nd floor balcony, front porch and large side porch with an outdoor fireplace, there are plenty of comfortable spots to gather to start the day with coffee and a sunrise or wind-down with a sunset. Enjoy the convenience of Wifi and all of the amenities you would expect.

Our families reside in Oklahoma City. We have been coming to the Lake Eufaula area for years and enjoying our stays at various short term rentals. It has always been a family favorite trip with lots of time spent outdoors, swimming, boating, exploring and just enjoying some peace and relaxing. We purchased this property in 2022 and completed the build in 2024.

The Patriot Pointe development was built on over 500 acres of virgin ground. You can frequently see deer, turkeys and occasionally eagles. The neighborhood itself includes some great amenities to enjoy the outdoors. A stocked fishing pond, large pool / pool house, pickleball courts, playground, neighborhood docks and walking trails are among some of the many amenities.

This home is situated on just under an acre. It sits atop the highest point of a peninsula that overlooks Lake Eufaula. The main house is 2,700 sq ft with a separate studio loft above a detached garage also available to rent.
The front porch or 2nd floor balcony are great places to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. There is also a covered porch on the side of the house with a fireplace, outdoor dining table and a sofa. This spot is where we relax in the evening as the sun sets.
There are four separate bedrooms in the house, each with its own full bathroom. The largest of the bedrooms is a unique bunkroom that comfortably sleep six adults or kids.
