Kailua Beachside, Immaculée et privée 1 BR, jet de pierres à Kailua Beach!

Nous sommes une location de 30 jours en raison des engagements de voisinage, mais nous offrons un taux mensuel réduit pour les séjours d'un minimum de deux semaines. Vous seriez toujours en location pour 30 jours.
Nous sommes vraiment sur la plage avec seulement deux maisons entre la suite et la porte de la plage privée. Lisez les commentaires, personne n'a été déçu et tout le monde l'aime ici! Namala Place est une large rue avec des trottoirs et beaucoup de stationnement. Nous sommes situés à mi-chemin entre Kalaheo Ave. et la plage de Kailua. Nous sommes si près de la plage que vous entendez les vagues s'écraser la nuit et sentir la brise fraîche de l'océan qui coule tout au long de la journée et la nuit. Lorsque vous rentrez de la plage, plongez dans la piscine et prenez une douche extérieure relaxante. Il y a l'air conditionné dans la chambre qui est rarement nécessaire mais là si vous en avez besoin.

La suite est neuve, impeccable et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La cuisine pleine grandeur a des ensembles complets de vaisselle, servant des plats, des verres, des couteaux, de l'argenterie et plus. Il y a un grand réfrigérateur, un lave-vaisselle et un évier. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de cuisinière pleine grandeur, il y a une cuisinière à induction, un four et un four à micro-ondes, une grille intérieure, un cuiseur à riz, une mijoteuse, une poisseuse électrique, un moulin à café, un mélangeur et plus encore. la véranda de la suite pour votre usage.

La suite a sa propre entrée séparée et entièrement clôturé lanai et la cour qui permet une intimité totale. La véranda a une table, quatre chaises et une grille à gaz.

La salle de bain a une configuration idéale avec une porte de poche qui sépare la zone de toilette / douche de la zone de vanité. Il y a beaucoup de nouvelles serviettes assorties et de beaux tapis.

Nous fournissons tellement de serviettes en papier, filtres à café, serviettes, sacs, savon, shampoing, détergent à lessive, produits de nettoyage, et bien plus encore pour votre séjour.

La buanderie entièrement équipée est disponible pour votre usage et est attachée à la suite. Il y a plein de places de parking dans la rue juste en face de la suite.

La piscine est disponible pour votre usage. Nous fournissons également des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des serviettes de plage et l'utilisation de notre kayak à deux hommes.

En plus du lit queen dans la chambre, nous fournissons une reine Aerobed taille pour votre usage ainsi qu'un lit de voyage / parc disponible, et un futon en taille réelle.

Nous sommes autorisés et la loi de Hawaï exige que nous affichions notre numéro de licence qui est W40796686-01.

Cozy & Private

What a great place, despite the rain, wind, and a bit cold weather we had a wonderful stay at Nancy's Kailua cottage relaxing. Despite not being able to meet Nancy in person, she was one of the best hosts we have ever stayed. The place was clean, well equipped, and Nancy was very responsive. Literally if you thought of something, its there. Would love to stay again on our next visit.

Après plusieurs séjours à Hawaii, nous avons trouvé la maison idéale. Celle de Nancy est très bien équipée, avec tout le confort nécessaire, au calme et d'une propreté irréprochable. Sans oublier sa localisation. Quel bonheur de se rendre à pied à la plage, que l'on accède par une porte privée. Et quelle plage !!! L'une des plus belles de l'ile. Je remercie Nancy et gerry pour leur gentillesse. Et que dire de Kula, leur chien ? C'est un amour. Il venait nous rendre visite lorsqu'on rentrait . Il adore les caresses. Nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Hawaii.

Awesome beach stay

Nancy and Gerry were excellent host's, their guest house was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. The private beach access and use of beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels etc. were a nice touch. We would come back anytime!

Pure Aloha!

Nan and Gerry have thought of everything! We’ve stayed at 6 vacation rentals in the area and this was by far the very best. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you need. There’s a nice grill available that really came in handy and we used it often. The bathroom and an outside shower were stocked with toiletries. The property was immaculate and decorated with style. The AC was of great quality and cooled the entire place quickly when needed. There’s a private patio and yard area with full access to a beautiful salt water pool and gorgeous patio seating. Entry is private and literally a short 1 min walk to the beach of your dreams. We walked the 5 mile beach every morning and it was life-changing! They have quality Tommy Bahama chairs and boogie boards available. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and warm as well and treated us “renters” like family. The absolute best part of it all was the Aloha spirit of the owners, Nan, Gerry and the sweetest dog you ever met, Kula. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and we would not have enjoyed it as much as we did had it not been for them. They truly live out the aloha spirit and we are so grateful for our time there.

Great place to stay

Everything is as presented. It's really close to the beach, your toes are in the sand in just a minute or two. Communication in advance of arrival was great, and Nancy let us know she was only a call or text away if we needed anything (we didn't). The place is really comfortable and quiet, and was super clean upon arrival. We jumped in the pool a few times, it's a very nice setting and a fun way to cool off on a hot day. This is one of the best and we're already planning our return next year. 5+ stars!

Best vacation ever!

I loved being so close to the beach! I loved the pool. Having a washer and dryer means you can travel light .I loved Kailua town that has everything you need plus a Thursday night food market. I would definitely stay here again!

Great street and best dog

Property is beautiful the beach access 3 houses down very quiet and safe. Kula was the best dog buddy he loves the good belly scratches. The only drawback was furniture is uncomfortable; the kitchen and BBQ allow ample room to make meals and is well equipped; but there is limited eating space and the table on back porch seats 4 but is very uncomfortable. With limited dine out options currently the lack of comfortable dining areas is the only negative... this property and area are truly magical. Everything was as listed and we had a great vacation.

Hi Dez, i am sorry you felt that way about the outdoor table and wish you would have said something while you were here. It's the first time anyone has complained about it and I could have given you another table to use. I am so surprised you only rated the suite 3 stars because of this one issue, as you said it was the only negative and you said everything else was great and the property and location were magical. In all the years we have rented the suite we have gotten almost all 5 star reviews and no one has mentioned the table! I'm so disappointed you didn't bring this issue to my attention. I will certainly look in to putting a different table on the lanai.

The best home away from home

My mom and I stayed here for a month while we visited my sister who lives nearby. Nancy and Gerry were incredibly hospitable and truly made us feel like extensions of their family. The home was clean, convenient, and had everything we needed to stay for a long period. The space was large enough to have my sister and her family over for grilling on the back patio or watching a movie in the living room. The location is fantastic as it's nearby the beach but also a few minutes away from Kailua Town with incredible food and activities. We couldn't have been happier staying here and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Nancy and Gerry!

Cozy, Quiet and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed here for a little over a month while visiting our children and their spouses who live on Oahu. The property is sufficiently far from North Kalaheo street to not hear the traffic which can get very noisy and close enough to Kailua beach to hear the ocean. Although there is no stove or oven, we did not find that much of an inconvenience. In fact, it saved us from having to prepare Thanksgiving dinner, which we had at my daughter's house. There is a two-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven and Weber grill. The unit is very well equipped. It even had a Presto microwave PowerPop popcorn popper. Now, who would expect something like that? It is an indication of how well equipped the place is. Lighting is great for reading and the furniture is comfortable. Nancy and Gerry are very friendly and helpful. For instance, a hinge on one of the cabinet doors was fatigued and gave out when we were there and Gerry got it fixed very quickly. And, best of all, was the close proximity to the beach with a private access for the community along the street. This is a gem that we intend to return to.

Amazing Property and Terrific Hosts make for a Fabulous Stay!

From beginning to end, our experience was great! Before we arrived, Nancy quickly answered the handful of questions we had. When we arrived, Gerry was there to greet us, show us around the property, explain how TVs, air conditioners, access to the beach, etc. worked so we could “settle in” immediately. The property is EXACTLY as pictured. Clean and beautiful from top to bottom. It is filled with all of the items that one would hope for in an extended stay setting. (We even had the ability to make our own pancakes with the electric griddle.) The beach is less than 3 minute walk from the house. And what a beach it is. Nancy and Gerry’s home is toward the “north end” of the beach and this was perfect for us. The southern end of the beach has more people and activity. We appreciated the quiet space and time...but could easily walk to the more active parts of the beach if we desired. The town of Kailua has all of the things needed for an extended stay. Grocer less than 1 mile from the house made shopping easy. The hosts, Gerry and Nancy, made themselves available to us at any time, and for all questions. Nancy dropped off a few papaya from their tree for breakfast treats. And while they were available for us, they always gave us complete privacy while staying with them. This property is easily one of our favorite extended-stay homes! If we return to Oahu, we will look here first!

Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with easy parking and easy access to the beach. Friendly hosts. Glad for the fans as we were there during a hot spell. Nice airy and light feel to the unit-great having the skylight in the kitchen area.

Just Perfect!

This apartment was exactly as described and pictured. I looked for a place to have rest and relaxation and found it here. The apartment was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.Everything you need is there. The close proximity to Kailua Beach was the "icing on the cake." I was up each morning with the birds and I was on the beach daily to watch and photograph the sunrise. Nancy and Gerry were responsive to any requests and questions I had made. The apartment is perfect for a single, a couple, or a small family. Last but not least, Kula is the sweetest dog.

Perfect spot next to the beach

Great place just a few steps from the beach. The beach access is through a locked gate, making this spot quiet and many days we had the beach to ourselves. The beach house was perfect for our family of 3 with great decor. Updated kitchen and bathroom was fabulous. The lanai was covered, so we ate outside rain or shine, and it was a great place to sit and relax. The pool was terrific and the whole family really enjoyed it! Gerry and Nancy were great hosts, making everything perfect for our stay. This place is a great deal for the location and the quality of the home.

Good stay

Hi! It was good vacation! The unit was spacious and very clean. We had everything, such as appliances, beach gear and others. The hosts are very responsive. The place is really close to the ocean and grocery shop. The pool was available and clean. Kula is the most beautiful dog we’ve ever seen. He is so cute and faithful. Kids are now missing him. Home away from home in Paradise

We just returned from spending 5 weeks at this fabulous property. We were here visiting family in Kailua and this location was just perfect for us. The property is on a quiet street and is exactly as pictured, extremely clean and very comfortable. Our hosts included many supplies to get you started and all the appliances were in great working condition. We cooked many meals here using the cooktop, electric frying pan, countertop oven and the gas BBQ. There is a supermarket a few minutes away which is very convenient. We also had the access to do laundry which is essential for longer stays. The beach is only 3 houses away and early morning walks on the beach is the best way to start your day! As an added bonus the property has a gorgeous salt water pool that we were able to use. This location is a great home base for touring the island. Our hosts, Nancy and Gerry, were very attentive and accommodating to our questions and needs yet totally respective of our privacy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. Well appointed guest house in Kailua

This well equipped space is super clean, very well kept and a great place to stay. Since we enjoy eating in, the kitchen space is very important to us & Nancy's perfectly designed space did not disappoint. With several well appointed appliances, most any meal could be prepared with ease. The locations is very quiet and away from the hustle & bustle of crowds. We enjoyed the daily walks on Kailua beach. Nancy & Gerry are great hosts and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. We look forward to our next stay.

Best Hawaii Getaway experience!

Absolutely loved the Kailua Beachside home. We stayed two weeks in September and honestly was happy with everything there. It is perfect size for a couple and we had everything we needed. By far the highlight of this home was the Kailua beach access just a minute from the house. This beach is known as the most beautiful beach on the island and it was incredibly convenient to take early morning and sunset walks on the beach. The water is crystal blue and the views are spectacular! I was loving the ability to just grab a chair and my book and walk a few steps to the beach. It was so secluded and many days during the week, we were the only ones out there. Gerry and Nancy were incredibly kind and helpful- Mahalo! One of our best Hawaii getaway experiences!

Perfect slice of paradise! Take advantage of this location.

We are partial to Kailua, so we were thrilled to find this gem of a place to stay! We stayed as a family of 4 and had plenty of room. This location has everything you could possible need! Extremely clean, welcoming and you cannot beat the location, literally steps from private beach access. Nancy, Gerry, and Kula took us in like we were family! We will stay again!

Secret Escape

The beach cottage was perfect for us! Our top priority was spending quality time with our family, friends, and lots of beach time. We're reluctant to share all the positives with others and limit accessibilty and availability in the near future. The beach cottage is contemporary, fully stocked and the attention to detail appreciated.. Thank you Nancy and Gerry for your hospitality, your welcome goody basket and your vacation rental is wonderful. My wife is part Hawaiiian and was raised in Kailua, I'm Hawaiian-at-heart and we're both missing Kailua & the soothing sound of the wind and waves. We can hardly wait to return again really soon! A Welcoming Hideaway

We just returned from an entire month spent at Nancy and Gerry's beach house in Kailua. we've spent very little time on Oahu until now. We've vacationed on an island in Hawaii every year since the 1980's, so we enjoyed driving all over the island and seeing the sights, watching the big waves on the north shore, driving into Honolulu for this and that a few times, the big swap meet at the Aloha Stadium, Pali Lookout, the Thursday night Food Fest in downtown Kailua and so much more. We enjoyed Cinnamons for breakfast, Champa Thai more than once, Gyotaku Japanese several times, lots of L&L Hawaiian BBQ, Round Table and Boston Pizza, Maui Tacos, Indian Café--we loved all of it--wish we were still there but we're happy to be home with our doggie--a month is a long time. There were no surprises at the beach house--it looked just like the pictures on the website. We were very comfortable there for the month--plenty of room for the 2 of us--we even cooked a few meals. Nancy and Gerry made us feel so at home, invited us to use the pool (although we are beach bums at heart), and the laundry room was at our disposal with beautiful up-to-date equipment and even everything we needed to do our wash. Everything we needed for the beach was also available. We really enjoyed our long beach walks every day and of course, the beach. Although there's no view of the ocean, we sure could hear the waves! We'd definitely return to this darling beach house on our next Oahu vacation.

10/10 – Excellent

Quiet, relaxing home away from home!

Namala Beach House is the perfect vacation home for beach going travellers like us who would prefer to escape from the crowded beaches and busy resorts of Waikiki. This property is very close to one of not the nicest beach on Oahu "Kailua Beach", just 3 houses away. You have easy access to highways for quick trips to Waikiki and the North Shore. The owners Nancy and Gerry were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed; the suite is immaculate and has everything you need and more. We fully recommend this property to other vacationers, we are frequent visitors to the Hawaiian Islands and plan to return to this spot/property the next time we visit Oahu! Nancy and Gerry, thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us, we had a fantastic trip!!

10/10 – Excellent

The perfect vacation home, and exceptional owners!

Our family (2 adults, 2 young children) stayed at Club Namala for one month. We had an amazing time on the island filled with adventures and memories for life. Both the house itself and the location are so lovely! The house is located on a very well kept and calm street. Walk 2 minutes and you are on beautiful and spectacular Kailua beach, great for sunbathing and bodyboarding. The house was equipped with everything we needed, very clean, fresch, comfortable and well-maintained. Just a short drive to charming Kailua town. The pool at the house was a big hit for the kids! The owners were so nice and made sure we had a great stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for their dream vaccation. We would not hesitate to rent this property again if we could go back to Oahu!

My husband and I have lived in Hawaii for many years and we built the suite in 2011 primarily for family and friends. We do not have visitors all the time so when available rent our guest suite. We have tried to think of everything our guests may need so all you need to bring is a swimsuit! We love our golden retriever, Kula, and he always seems to make friends with our guests.

We think that this street and this part of Kailua beach is magical. When we purchased the property in 1998 we knew we would be here forever! To be able to walk out the front door, turn left and the private gated beach access is right there is what we had always dreamed of. We have made lifelong friends living here. The suite has its own yard and private entry as well as parking right in front. You will be amazed at how private and peaceful, clean, and well stocked our suite is.

There is nowhere in the world like Kailua. Kailua beach voted best beach in Hawaii AGAIN in 2019. Kailua is a most charming beach town with everything you could possibly need right in here. Plus a short 12 mile drive through the mountain will take you to Honolulu for world class sporting, theater, and cultural events. We are so close to the beach you can hear the ocean at night. We have a pool and kayak along with other beach and pool toys for your use including boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella,snorkel gear, and more, just ask! Just added, 2 bicycles, 2 helmets, and a lock. You can consider not getting a car!
