Condo supérieur avec une chambre et une salle de bain. Pourrait accueillir 4-5 personnes, avec un canapé-lit dans le salon. Planchers de tuiles dans toute l'unité. Cuisine entièrement équipée, tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour cuisiner. Table pleine grandeur, quatre places assises. Deux téléviseurs avec câble, WiFi gratuit et téléphone fixe. Grand patio devant votre porte d'entrée pour vous détendre et profiter de la vue sur le golfe. Grand feuillage tropical entourant l'ensemble. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est là. Sèche-cheveux, serviettes et draps, glacière, chaises de plage, jeux et parasol.

Il y a beaucoup d'activités à proximité. Parachute ascensionnel, observation des dauphins, coureurs de vagues, pêche et plus encore. Grands restaurants et bars à distance de marche. Le Paradise Grille est directement sur la plage et propose une excellente cuisine pour le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner. Corey Avenue est un grand quartier commerçant à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons. Beach Bods Gym est à deux pâtés de maisons et propose des laissez-passer quotidiens, hebdomadaires ou mensuels.

Gulf Winds est une grande propriété offrant des cours avec des meubles de patio et des barbecues en plein air. Une buanderie est disponible sur place dans chaque bâtiment. Shuffleboard est également disponible. La piscine est chauffée et privée avec vue sur le golfe. Il y a un gestionnaire de bureau sur place pour vous aider à votre arrivée.

Location is amazing! Great value! Perfect for a couple/small family. Updated kitchen and bath, lots of beach gear. Excellent communication with owner. Great breakfast spot beachfront across parking lot.

This condo is in the perfect location for the beach. We walked to restaurants and bars and used public transportation to St Petersburg, Dunedin, Clearwater, Gulfport and Madeira Beach. Melissa was great at keeping us informed of some construction that could have possibly impacted out stay. Kitchen area has everything you need. Take quarters for laundry.

This is my second time staying at the gulf winds condos, although it was a different unit, it was just as good as the first. Melissa was a great host. She made sure the place was clean before I got there, which it was immaculate. She went out of her way to communicate with me to make sure my experience was great. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect little spot

The space was very clean and is in a great location for the beach. It is also within walking distance to restaurants. Check in was very easy and everyone I dealt with during check-process were very kind and supportive Definitely will stay here again :)

Great beach condo

We loved how close the property was to the beach. It was great that there were chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, and towels to use. Melissa was very responsive for any questions and provided a great list of restaurants to try and things to do. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location

The condo is in a great location right next to the beach access. Nice courtyard area to sit in the morning and relax before the sun gets hot. Everything you will need to use on the beach is available for you in the bedroom closet.

Girl's Weekend

It was perfect for our weekend away! I slept on the pull out sofa bed...not the most comfortable, but was fine for only three nights. The apartment was clean, the area was nice and just a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay in St Pete Beach

We had a very relaxing week at this condo in St Pete Beach. Just a short walk across the parking area and you had toes in the sand! The condo was clean and very cute! We had everything we might need to visit the beach or the pool. Melissa was a wonderful host and the Gulf Wind staff were so nice too! The extras Melissa provides to use at the beach are such an added bonus since we flew and couldn’t bring everything we needed. Just a great stay!

Excellent all around!

I love this complex and stay here often but this was a first for this unit. Best VRBO host I’ve had so far, so accommodating and friendly. Great communication! She uses the property manager onsite who is also AMAZING! Great experience, highly recommend. Also great value!!

The condo was everything it was advertised as and more. Anything you could want or need was within walking distance. Melissa was nice enough to call and check with us before our arrival and provide all her contact information in case we needed anything, which we did not. I would not hesitate renting this unit again.
