This 3 BR villa is located at West Hyde Park in Kingston Resort. It's on the 1st floor with no stairs.
It has been renovated with new Kitchen Appliances, new carpet, new deck, and new paint. The main bedroom and the 2nd bedroom both have a King bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Great condo, great location in a beautiful resort

The condo was beautiful. The place was clean and had everything need for our stay. If you needed anything B2vacation office is in Kingston Plantation. Enjoyed our stay and will come back again

Not a huge deal but you should explain to future guests that renting through VRBO prohibits the guest from using the Kingston Plantation fitness center, pickle ball, tennis courts and indoor pool. We had a couple rainy days where access to these amenities would have been excellent.

The home was as advertised. The interior was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, coffee, and cups. I dont know if the guests before us removed the batteries, or if this is becoming standard for rentals, but most of the tv remotes didn't have batteries. Ive seen this in other rentals so it was not a big deal. I would recommend and stay again, if available.

For adults there is the golf course just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking trails, a boardwalk connecting other Kingston Plantation properties, and a lovely personal balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of a hotel along with the privacy of a personal home.
