Excellent host. Great communication. Very nice house close to Butler Beach. The house has a pool which was a terrific plus for the kids. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for families.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy distance to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. Not a good walk with young kids or a bunch of stuff, but super easy for adults or with bikes. The Cuban bakery close by was also great to have! The pool is wonderful but note there are two houses close by that can easily look into the pool from their second story porches. This location is also great for surfing! All other amenities in the house were as expected/described.

Our stay at this little cottage was amazing. The pool was perfect what my kiddos needed and the house had pretty much everything needed. The spacious area allowed for lots of cozy times after the beach and pool. The host was very communicative and made sure we didnt need anything. Would stay here again. Location was perfect and close to everything.

Dirk was very good at communicating before, throughout and after our trip ensuring everything was going well. The area was great close to St Augustine, beach, restaurants, supermarket and other areas of interest. Neighborhood was clean, safe and quiet. There were some welcoming goodies on kitchen counter which was a nice touch. Also, good beach supplies in garage if one decided to venture out. The only things I would recommend are: better mattresses and pillows as well as bathroom towels cotton would be nice. Master room bed was quite hard and the others were quite soft need more support as well as the pillows. Kitchen could use mixing bowls, glass measuring cup and baking sheets. Other pots and pans besides non-stick because of health concerns we do not use at home. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and was a good place for our family's needs. Thank you Dirk.
