The pool is heated to approximately 78°F**, weather permitting. Please note that the pool may have difficulty maintaining the desired temperature when daytime temperatures remain below 55°F.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, private pool area, garage and all amenities.

Self-check-in is provided for a convenient and smooth arrival.

House Rules

- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- No parties or events: The home is intended for registered guests only.
- No smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.
- Age requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.

- Pool safety: Guests may not tamper with, disable, or otherwise interfere with the pool safety equipment, including door alarms.
- Starter supplies: Toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided to get you started. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.

Hurricane & Tropical Storm Policy

No refunds or rescheduling will be provided due to hurricanes or tropical storms, including situations involving evacuation orders. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Pet Policy

We welcome one dog under 30 lbs.
No aggressive breeds permitted.
No cats.
A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid in advance.
If your dog enjoys relaxing on the furniture, please bring a special blanket to protect the sofa or bed.
Failure to disclose a pet will result in a deduction from the security deposit equal to the applicable pet fee plus a $100 cleaning charge**.
