The host was great keeping me informed, and actually offered an early checkin once the property was ready. The home was as described, well appointed, and great for my visit. There was a nice selection of condiments, spices, and even a few ziploc bags which were very appreciated compared to a barren kitchen.5/5 stars, would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tampa.

First, communication with the host, Roberto, was outstanding! The house was as listed. It is in an older residential neighborhood which you can see is undergoing some renovations. The house is conveniently located near numerous attractions. This place is a diamond in the rough. The inside is wonderful, and once the landscaping is complete this house will be a real jewel.

It’s a very beautiful place to stay, very comfortable, cozy, it has everything you would need. The host was very attentive and accommodating to us. There were even snacks and water available when we first got there. We have a service dog, when we arrived there was water bowl prepared for the dog even. The decoration inside is amazing in every room, the bathroom looks amazing. It even has a nice office space if you need a place to do some work. It has cleaning products for the laundry if you need to clean your clothes, it also has broom and mop so we can help with cleaning after ourselves. Is like been at home away from home! The host was very helpful as we asked to extend our stayed for a few more hours as we had family that were visiting and he had the opportunity to extent our stay, and we are greatful for that. It’s located very centric, close to downtown Tampa, good restaurants a few minutes away, close to the airport and stadiums. Truly a great place to stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The house is located 1.3 miles of Ybor City famous 7th ave. Tampa’s cultural gem—a place where history, nightlife, and Cuban influences intertwine beautifully. Known for its charming brick streets and iconic wrought-iron balconies, this historic district feels like stepping into another era while embracing modern vibrancy. Once the “Cigar Capital of the World,” it still holds onto its rich heritage with old cigar factories, lively Latin music, and an aroma of fresh-roasted coffee drifting through the air.
The energy here is electric. By day, visitors explore unique boutiques, indulge in authentic Cuban sandwiches, and admire the colorful street art. By night, the district transforms into a dynamic hotspot filled with jazz clubs, cocktail bars, and dance floors that pulse with life. There’s an undeniable magic in its warm atmosphere, where vintage charm meets contemporary excitement.
Whether you’re looking for history, entertainment, or the perfect bite, Ybor City offers it all with a welcoming, unforgettable flair
