Luis was great with communicating, the house was beautifully updated and clean and very comfortable. We came to Tampa for a quick staycation and the house was so close to all Tampa has to offer. Would book again in the future.

I reached out to the owner about checking in 30 minutes early because we arrived before 4. It took him a while to text me back. And we didn’t receive our deposit back because they claimed that one of there pillowcases was damaged. 17.00 so they say never received any pictures of the damage and the number I called no one answered. I will NOT stay there again‌

It was clean and just perfect for our stay! Kitchen was beautiful and liked the front porch. Lots of cars in the neighborhood but really quiet. They have really done well renovating this older house and we loved it! Just as listed! We will stay there again!

The location of the house was less than 10 minutes away from ybor. ( when you first drive up the area that the house is in looks a lil menacing). The inside of the house is so nice and cozy. Even the neighbors was nice. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The only issue I had was in the 2nd bathroom there is no counter space to do your makeup lol
 but I made it work.

Great house! So cute and cozy. Comfy beds and well lit outside too. Hosts are super available and communicative. The kitchen could use a few more things if you want to cook some meals- like a colander, baking pan and a can opener that works. Other than that it was fantastic!

The home was cozy and relaxing. The decor is beautiful and welcoming inside and out. The outside lighting is cute as we arrived back late from enjoying the night life in Tampa. The most accommodating for me was hot shower and the cleanliness of the home.

Amazing communication, worked with us to even add a day. Clean, comfortable and well located to events. Just a couple things for thought, no ability to use the dishwasher as there were no pods for it. And the master bedroom fan light issue. Living in fl I like my fan running no matter what the house temp is. The owners did tell me to just drop the AC so we did but I still wanted my fan. Your closest convenience store is technically within walking distance just be careful.

Nice Bungalow in Tampa

My wife and I rented this bungalow to attend my university commencement ceremony for St Leo University. My family (mom and sister) stayed with us.This property is beautiful. My family really liked the open layout of the house. There is a little gravel driveway that comes up next to the house. The house was cleaned (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen) before we checked in.The house is very conveniently located. It’s close to a Walmart and Publix (grocery store). There are loads of food options nearby.The only issue that we experienced was that the handles for the pans came off. We managed to *kind of* reattach them.Overall, great little place to stay in Tampa.

Easy Commute to Downtown

We came to Tampa for the YAGP ballet competition at the Straz Center. This property was close enough that we could easily commute back and forth from the Straz multiple times a day, which was a huge plus, and it also was far enough from the Straz that we could happily retreat from the bustle and commotion of downtown. The property was lovely and bright and spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for relaxing and for getting ready for more competition activities. The large kitchen was perfect for cooking, and it was very convenient to have on-site laundry as well. The two bedroom closets we had access to were spacious, as well, which was a plus. And the string lights and porch swing made for a charming relaxation experience after a long day of dance. The host, Luis, was very prompt to answer any question we had and he was very friendly and easy to work with. The highway was nearby which was convenient for the downtown commute, but it was on a side street without a lot of busy through-traffic, which was nice. And many stores were just a couple blocks north of the house, which was also great. The entry lock system was easy to use and convenient as well - no keys to mess with. A very pleasant stay!

Bike week in Tampa!!!!

This property and gritty neighborhood fell short of the listing, stay in after dark. Constant noise from the freeway with motorcycles racing on the staightaway AFTER rush hour and into the wee hours all week as well as the noisy Harley across the street.Tidy, not spotless, short of dishes and casual seating for a family of 6 in town for a family wedding, yet this is listed for up to 8 guests! Worst of all, push back from the HOST. Arrived to 5 mugs in the cupboard,1 cracked, slow draining kitchen sink, burned out light bulb over kitchen island, dead remote batteries for ceiling fan, non working fridge water, crunchy towels, bathroom towel hook pulled out of wall and left that way, shall I go on? If you plan to dine in, BYO detergent, fabric softener, tea towels, oven mitts and dishwasher tabs. Attention to detail was lacking for sure. Far below several other great VRBO's we have visited and enjoyed!

Would stay here again, for sure!

House is super cute & incredibly clean. NOTE: there are stairs up to the house that we didn’t notice, which was a problem for a friend in a wheelchair, but we made it work. Overall, VERY pleased & would recommend it to anyone visiting Tampa.

Nice Stay

We had a pleasant stay at Bungalow Oasis. The location was convenient, and the home was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed for our trip. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, which made checking in and out very easy.However, one issue we noticed was that the home wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. There was quite a bit of animal hair throughout the space, which may be a concern for those with allergies or sensitivity to cleanliness. While this didn’t ruin our stay, it’s something the host might want to address for future guests.Overall, we enjoyed our time and would recommend the property to others, especially if they’re traveling with pets or don’t mind a little extra tidying upon arrival.
