Adorable condo very close to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Treasure island is a nice, very quiet beach and great for families or couples.

This condo is perfect! It’s a great location close to the beach yet quiet. The place was clean and the bedrooms were good sizes for families. Owner was very helpful and easy to get in contact with.

Great location, very responsive. The only hiccup was that the laundry room was closed for repairs. I prefer to have access onsite. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot

The condo was cute and close to the beach. Clean and neat. Quiet neighborhood. Host got back to us asap when contacted. The only thing was the garbage disposal had a smell and the shower liners needed to be replaced. Overall we had a terrific stay with no issues.

Great stay

Very easy booking. Hosts were easy to reach and responsive. Clean place and everything was just as described. No problems or issues. We would stay again for sure. No complaints! I liked that they had things you wouldn't have in a hotel. Spices, etc. Chairs for the beach, towels. It was very convenient and thought was put into the extras they provided.

The condo was spotless and well maintained. You would not know the age of the place by looking! Kitchen was stocked with essentials and the welcome binder gave us everything we needed to get started. Big closets and the rooms are large so everyone had space. Covered spot kept the car nice and cool! I live about an hour away and would 100% book a staycation again. Also very close to the airport and we had no issues getting cars to drop off and pick up. Great, easy, walkable access to the beach though we opted to park at the public access down the road.

Only downside no private outside area to sit but proximity to beach and restaurants was awesome. Walkable to Johns Pass (shopping and restaurants). Beach was a short walk! Chairs and beach tent were there! Nicole was awesome. Always responded quickly (all my crazy questions before the trip) and so nife. Thank you fir the trip!
