Profitez du confort de notre maison au bord du lac! Parfait pour les couples, une famille ou deux, ou des petits groupes.

Notre emplacement est parfait pour ce que Cedar Creek a à offrir. Que vous aimiez passer vos journées sur le bateau, vous détendre et lire un livre au bord du lac, nager, pêcher, faire du kayak ou visiter les Journées du Commerce de Canton, cette maison offre tout!

Jouer: Apportez votre propre bateau, lancez-vous sur l'une des rampes locales pratiques et amarrez-vous à la maison pour la durée de votre séjour. Nous fournissons des fouets d'amarrage de première qualité pour garder votre bateau en sécurité et solidement attaché (mais pas contre) au quai. Notre allée est assez longue pour se garer avec votre remorque attachée. Pas de bateau? Pas de soucis! Nous avons un kayak que vous pouvez utiliser, et vous pouvez pêcher et nager sur le quai. Il y a une grande cour arrière pour lancer une balle, pique-niquer et griller.

Manger: Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée et un grill à l'extérieur avec de nombreux endroits à l'intérieur (4 au bar, 6 à la table, 3 à la table du bar) et à l'extérieur (4 à la table, 4 chaises de patio) pour manger. Le garde-manger a quelques éléments de base. Nous avons une politique `` en prendre, en laisser '', alors vérifiez avec nous avant d'acheter de l'huile, du sel / poivre, etc.

Soirée: Après avoir passé une journée au soleil, vous pouvez vous détendre à l'intérieur avec des jeux de société et une toute nouvelle télévision connectée de 60 pouces avec câble, Netflix, Hulu et Amazon Prime. Ou asseyez-vous simplement sur la terrasse et profitez d'un magnifique coucher de soleil! Il y a aussi un grand radiateur sur le pont pour vous asseoir sous ces nuits fraîches inattendues du Texas.

Dormir: Vous pouvez dormir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes dans notre maison au bord du lac. Nous avons une chambre avec un lit queen et une autre avec un lit king et des lits superposés. Il y a aussi une salle de jeux séparée avec un canapé-lit cachant un tout nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. Si nécessaire, le canapé du salon est très profond et confortable, parfait pour la sieste. Les matelas et les draps sont super confortables, parfaits pour se blottir la nuit après une journée de plaisir sur le lac!

Location is Fantastic

Great location. Updated boat dock provides easy access to/from the lake with a public boat ramp just across the bridge. House has been mostly remodeled with some nice updates. As described, it does get warm in the living area and guest bedroom due to the large windows that allow for the beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Lake House for Our Family

We spent five nights here with our four children and loved every minute of it! The house has everything you could possibly need and is very comfortable. The view from the living room and backyard is gorgeous. We loved watching the sunset each night. Our kids loved fishing off the dock and swimming around the lake. This is a great location super close to Walmart, restaurants, and the movie theater. We felt perfectly at home here and can't wait to come back!

For the most part the house had all we needed.

We had a good time with our kids and our friends. We loved the kitchen. It was fully equipped with all we needed and we were even impressed with the quality of kitchen-ware. The beds were very comfortable however the bed in th second bedroom didn’t have a top sheet, only a fitted sheet, probably just oversite. We would have loved to fish off of the dock but it was badly damaged, however the friendly neighbor let us fish off of his. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the open floor plan and all the seating available.

We are so glad you had a good time at the lake! We will talk to the housekeepers and make sure they know about the top sheet for next time. Yes, unfortunately a big storm came through and damaged the dock, which we had mentioned prior to booking. We are under contract for repair and hope it will be completed before summer.

House is great, host communicated very well with us. Maybe I’m just to picky but house had lots of spider webs, oven was dirty frig was ok. BUT everything else was great in the house. The dog two doors down is extremely annoying but that can’t be help. We had fun. Definitely will do it again.

Clean, open space, great views of lake!

My family of 5 and brother and sister in law with their daughter all came and there was plenty of space! We loved the big open windows and utensils for the kitchen! House was clean and updated! We played all day on the boat and fished each night off the dock in the back. The owners responded to all questions sent in a Timely manner. The only complaint we had was we wanted to use the boat slip with lift, but neighbors boat was using it, so we had to be on the outside of dock. Didn't feel safe leaving it all night so had to unload and load each day. Aside from that we had a great time and would definitely use this home again!

Great Family Getaway

We booked this property for New Years Eve. We had our 2.5 year old, our 6 month old, and booked with another couple who had a 3.5 year old. The property was perfect. There is a full kitchen so we were able to adequately prepare and eat all of our meals onsite. There is a front room with a TV so the kids could utilize that space when they wanted to (or if an adult wanted a quiet area to get away and read). The main living room is within eye site of the kitchen (a must for moms!) and both rooms look out onto the vast backyard, lake, and dock. We brought a pack n play, and with the large beds and bunk beds everyone was accommodated for (and two full bathrooms, yay!). The two toddler boys played in the grassy backyard at night with bubble guns and watched the fireworks go off, while the adults were able to sip a beverage and relax on the back porch. The boys fished from the dock the next morning and even caught some fish! The property has updated finishes with nice, new furniture. It is decorated well and doesn't have a lot of personal items from the owners (we have stayed in some VRBOs that have had waaay too many personal owner's items). Very well kept, has all the amenities you need to enjoy a weekend or a week. With as close of a drive from Dallas as this is, and the really reasonable price, we will definitely be back for weekend family getaways.

Great 4th of July house

This house was very spacious and clean. Comfy beds and good location on the water. Very nice neighbors and it was a great spot to watch numerous fireworks around the lake! Things to be aware of: The hall bathroom also houses the washer and dryer so it is very narrow. The den has a wall of windows without coverings and gets full afternoon sun. It makes it hot in the den/kitchen. The AC works great so you can retreat to other rooms if needed. Looks like they recently lost a tree in the back so perhaps there was once shade. The house appears to be in mid renovation with new floors, freshly painted walls but cabinets and bathrooms are not updated. Kitchen was well stocked, only missed sheet trays.

Great Weekend Escape!

This was just the perfect place for us, our daughter/SIL and son/DIL! The house was super clean. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming and kayaking. The sunsets were breathtaking! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had before and upon arrival. We will definitely keep this on our “To Stay Again” list!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! The crazy weather took a turn and dropped 30 degrees on our day of check-in, but being October that’s expected here in Texas. That did not stop us from having a blast. This house is so elegant but also great for kids. We really enjoyed playing in the large yard together as a family and also the board games indoors! They have everything you need plus extras, especially in the kitchen. The linens were so comfy with plenty to go around! At night time my husband and I made use of the very cool heater on the back porch which allowed us to spend time together with the amazing, relaxing view of the lake. The owners are very nice and communicate well with anything you may need and made check-in on a rainy day so simple. Thank you so much Ryan and Pearl for allowing us to enjoy your property for the weekend! We are looking forward to many more stays here in the future! JanLee B.

Beautiful home on Cedar Creek Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home for a week! The house is beautiful and clean. It was so nice to see they had toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels stocked already. I can't tell you how many properties I have supplied that for! The beds are all comfy; hotel quality duvets, blankets and pillows. Every morning I sat out on the patio and had my coffee and watched the birds and rabbits. Such an array of birds! We met a few of the neighbors and they were all so nice. They offered the use of their docks and ladder since the dock wasn't repaired at this house. That was the only the downside but we knew when renting because of Ryan's excellent communication beforehand, that the dock wouldn't be functioning. The house was perfection...wonderful layout, plenty of room, big kitchen that was well stocked with all that we needed to cook. Another plus... they provided PLENTY of plush bath towels. The kayak was a great addition to our fun and they even provided the lifejackets. We shopped in Mabank at the Brookshires because the Walmart nearby leaves little to be desired. We really enjoyed our time!

As pretty as the pictures

Two couples on a 4 day weekend. Great house. Updated. Very clean and well appointed. We cooked in kitchen or BBQ for every meal. Mattressex EXTEREMLY comfortable. High quality furniture. Beware... only two bedrooms. Worked fine for us though. Extra bunk beds in master and pull out in 2nd living area. You could fit a ton of kids in that room on air mattresses, then close the barn door !
