Welcome to Colorful Casita Frida, a vibrant 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom private casita within Casa Pasión, a soulful four-suite community in historic Golden Hill. Inspired by Frida Kahlo, this charming retreat offers a private entrance, spacious patio, and cozy indoor comforts—perfect for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

Please note: A split system A/C is located in the living room only. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and sound machine for comfort.

Casa Pasión is a 4-apartment property, blending long-term and short-term stays. Each casita has a private entrance and outdoor space. Frida is one of two guest casita in The Sisters, a special building within Casa Pasión.

Guests have access to:
-A shared common area with planter boxes, fruit & veggie baskets, and a 3-bin waste system (trash, recycling, compost)
-Shared washer/dryer with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets provided
-Our front garden filled with edible plants and herbs (ask if you'd like to see this space)

One of San Diego’s oldest and most walkable neighborhoods, Golden Hill is known for its local flavor, historic charm, and close proximity to parks and culture. You’re just a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and Golden Hill Park.

PET POLICY:
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets (one-time $45 fee per pet). Please be mindful of barking (and other noises) and always clean up after your furry friends — outdoor areas are not intended as pet bathrooms. Bowls, treats, and poop bags are provided for your convenience. Any additional cleaning or damage will incur a $40/hour fee (minimum 1 hour), plus the cost to replace or repair items and any materials or additional services needed.

**No events, parties, smoking, or unauthorized guests or pets.
