The Quarterdeck on St. George Island.

Beautiful new construction home just a short walk from the sandy shore beaches.
The ground-level game room has a full bathroom, just outside the fenced pool area.
The main living level has an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area. The living room and the decks offer distant Gulf views.
This level has a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a king bedroom, and a bunk room that shares a bathroom.
The private pool has an option to heat for a fee. Inside the pool area, you will find ample seating including lounge chairs.
A charcoal grill is available.
There is also a fire pit and seating under the stars to the North of the home.
Beach towels for guest use are provided. Please be sure to wash and return to the basket.
The home is on the east side of the island (turn left onto Gulf Beach Drive from Franklin Blvd) and about a mile from the lighthouse. The home is far enough from the island center that we donât have light pollution from the commercial buildings lights in the evenings but, we're close enough within walking distance from the island center, (and even closer to golf cart rentals, bicycle and kayak rentals), to have access to things like restaurants, grocers, gas, and rental spots.
The Quarterdeck is situated between East 6th and East 7th streets on East Gulf Beach Drive (both 6th and 7th streets have beach access trails). The property directly to the east of us, next door, has a Franklin County-designated "Beach to Bay" (walking) trail. So, we have three beach and one Bay access point within one SGI block!! And we're right on Gulf Beach Drive, so we're one block from the beach and one block from the Bay, with Gulf views.
Beach gear credit is offered with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, and more.
This is a golf cart- friendly area.
