This custom 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was fully rebuilt within the past year, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort, playful design, and resort-style amenities—ideal for families, friend groups, golf getaways, and festival weekends.

Step inside to find a spacious open-concept layout filled with natural light and high-end finishes. The gourmet kitchen flows effortlessly into the stylish living room, creating a perfect gathering space with Sonos surround sound throughout the entire home. A dedicated game room adds a fun touch, featuring a full-size pool table, arcade games, and ample space to lounge and entertain.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. Two of the three bedrooms each feature **two queen beds**, perfect for larger groups or kids and guests. The house was great, we loved it. The entire house is fully updated, top end kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Pool was perfect, giant spa and a cool built in table. Owner was very responsive throughout the entire process. We will rent here again.
