This property is situated on a family farm/ranch. You will have an access code for the gate which allows you access from Old Folsum Road, which secures three different properties and ensures their privacy. We kindly ask that, as guests, you show respect towards the homeowners, their family, and the neighbors living along this road. Thank you for your cooperation!


Two work spaces are available if needed in two of the bedrooms (Master and secondary on main floor). Desks are provided in pictures.
No open flames or fires of any sort due to risk of fire as we are typically dry.

Pet Rules:
-Pet to remain in the garage. Please bring a kennel for your pet`s use.
-You are responsible for cleaning up any messes, both in/out, after your pet. If this is not completed, you will be responsible for any additional cleaning fees billed by the cleaning crew.
