Belle loge à 2 niveaux avec des éléments en pierre et une allée circulaire pour accueillir facilement 6-8 voitures. Au niveau principal, vous êtes accueilli par une grande salle spacieuse juste chargée de charme campagnard, un plafond cathédrale avec poutres apparentes et une immense cheminée à bois en pierre - le cadre idéal pour une retraite en montagne. Les ponts avant et arrière offrent une vue imprenable sur la montagne, avec un bain à remous pour 8 personnes sur le pont arrière inférieur et un barbecue à gaz et à charbon avec table de pique-nique sur le pont arrière du niveau principal. Des sièges supplémentaires sur le pont avant offrent une vue sur le mont. LeConte et tramway menant à Ober Gatlinburg. 4 chambres au niveau principal ont des lits king-size avec matelas à plateau-coussin et 800 draps en coton. Un matelas pneumatique queen-size est également disponible. Le niveau inférieur a une très grande chambre, également avec un lit king-size, tandis que l'autre chambre a 2 lits queen-size avec matelas à plateau-coussin. Les tables et les tabourets de bar dans la grande salle / salle à manger peuvent accueillir confortablement 20 personnes pour un rassemblement parfait de la famille et des amis. La salle de jeux en bas a une table de billard pleine grandeur, une télévision grand écran et des systèmes de jeux.

The chalet was perfect for our family of 16 to enjoy a week long vacation! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and plenty of seating for us to eat together. Having an en suite bathroom in each bedroom was very nice. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfy. We also spent lots of time on the covered back deck and utilized the grill available. The location is close to everything yet far enough away that you are able to enjoy a secluded mountain getaway!

Sibling retreat

We had plenty of space for our group of 13. Every room had an en suite bathroom which was perfect. The common areas, kitchen great room we spacious and allowed us plenty of space to play games and cook meals. We had a very nice stay.

The Chalet was clean and kitchen well stocked. Slight issue with a few things (from a previous renter) but owner responded immediately. We had a visit from a bear so everyone was slightly concerned about going outside, but it was entertaining watching the bear walk around. We had a large group with elderly people so could have used a little more comfortable seating, but the house was lovely.

Great accommodations for a group of adults

Very nice home with individual on-suites for each bedroom, but the road to it is very winding and steep but due to the bears wondering around daily, would not be good for children to play outside.

Family vacation

We took a family vacation with my husband’s family and the Ski View Lodge was the perfect place. Very clean with all the amenities and gorgeous view. The property owner was a pleasure to work with and always answered any questions we had. We would definitely revisit this chalet when returning to Gatlinburg.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at Ski View Lodge. The views are spectacular and with all six bedrooms having their own en suite bathroom there’s plenty of privacy for everyone. The great room has enough seating for everyone and the large decks off the front and the back provide plenty of room for family or friends to get together. Just the right balance of privacy and group activities.

My wife grew up in Knoxville, Tn. with wonderful memories of the Smokies. Once our family moved away from Knoxville, we returned to Gatlinburg as often as possible for family reunions, special holidays and celebrations, and weekends with friends after attending UT ballgames. We always enjoyed the fact that Gatlinburg offered something for every season - hiking in the spring and summer, beautiful fall panoramas in autumn, and skiing at Ober Gatlinburg and Christmas shopping in the winter. We decided to purchase rental property in the Smokies and fell in love with Ski View Lodge as soon as we saw it.

Located in Chalet Village, we knew this lodge would be the perfect setting for young and old alike. With the huge, stone fireplace, Great Room, kitchen, and 4 of the 6 bedrooms on the main level, we knew the layout would be great for people who could not navigate stairs easily. The in-suite bathrooms offered privacy and convenience. 2 Bedrooms downstairs with game systems and pool table provided a place for children and adults alike. The (6) bedrooms provide (14) adults/children sleeping arrangements. There are (5) King Beds for (10) adults and (2) queen beds in one bedroom for up to (4) adults/children. When reserving for a 15th & 16th adult/child, a queen size air mattress is provided with extra linens and towels in the bedroom closest to the living room. Thus, an additional charge of $25.00 per person will be charged at time of booking.

There are wonderful views from every room of this lodge. The front of the lodge offers a view of Mt. LeConte and the back of the lodge is a beautiful wooded view of the Smoky Mountain Nature Preserve. The driveway wraps around the lodge so that guests never have to back out of a driveway and can unload their cars into the lodge from the main level or lower level (No carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs!) The Great Room is perfect for large groups singing around the fireplace or enjoying a meal together.
